Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a control device for electrical installations, which has improved signaling capabilities in alert conditions, particularly when said control device is no more fed by a power supply and it cannot carry out its control and monitoring functionalities. In a further aspect, the present disclosure relates to a computerized signaling system for an electrical installation, characterized in that it comprises one or more control devices having the above-mentioned improved signaling capabilities and a software application stored in one or more mobile computerized devices. Said software application is configured to make each mobile computerized mobile detect the beacon data packets broadcasted by said control devices in alert conditions.

Abstract: A wireless communication apparatus for transmitting data to a plurality of terminals in conformity with a predetermined wireless communication standard, comprises a controller configured to execute: successively broadcast-transmitting a plurality of data blocks; broadcast-transmitting first notification data as a notification for causing a first terminal receiving at least a part of the plurality of data blocks to declare that there is an unsuccessfully received data block after completion of the transmission of the plurality of data blocks; and retransmitting, if second notification data indicating the unsuccessfully received data block is received as a response to the first notification data from one or more of the first terminal, the data block indicated by the second notification data.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for resource allocation for half duplex frequency division duplexing in a wireless communication system is provided. Fixed or variable HARQ timing of greater than 5 subframes may be implemented. Acknowledgements for multiple downlink (uplink) transmissions can be bundled into a single acknowledgement transmitted on an uplink (downlink) control channel. Bundled acknowledgements for downlink transmissions may also be provided. Variable lead time cross subframe scheduling may be provided in which the number of subframes of delay between an uplink or downlink grant and the corresponding scheduled uplink or downlink transmission changes based on other scheduled events and/or half-duplex transceiver availability in the appropriate mode. The scheduling may select the earliest available subframe after a minimum delay. Uplink grant bundling may also be performed, in which multiple uplink grants are transmitted via a single grant indication.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method, a terminal device and a base station for transmitting feedback information, the method includes: receiving, by the terminal device, the plurality of data packets transmitted by the base station; if the terminal device determines that there is an unsuccessfully received data packet in the plurality of data packets, transmitting, by the terminal device, first feedback information to the base station, where the first feedback information is configured for feeding back for the receiving status of the plurality of data packets, and the first feedback information includes only negative acknowledgement (NACK) information for negatively acknowledging the unsuccessfully received data packet. Therefore the terminal device does not need to transmit specialized acknowledgement information to the base station for a successfully received data packet, thereby avoiding a waste of resources and improving the throughput of the communication system.
