    摘要: An image processing device according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a moving body, a housing, a support portion, and a first contact portion. The moving body is composed of a resin member and has a surface on which a holding plate which holds an electric component used for image processing is mounted. The housing includes a pair of side walls between which the moving body is housed therein. The support portion is provided to the housing and configured to support the moving body such that the moving body is movable in a predetermined moving direction. The first contact portion is provided to the moving body, and is configured to be contactable with a contacted portion within the housing prior to the holding plate when the moving body reaches a contact position where it is possible to contact with the contacted portion.

    摘要: Provided is a structure capable of preventing shaking of an image reading unit (1) during movement at low cost. A first contact portion (T1) between the image reading unit (1) and a guide shaft (2A) supports force (F1) acting in a gravity direction and force (F2) acting in a horizontal direction in the case where the image reading unit (1) moves in a predetermined direction. In this case, the first contact portion is arranged so as to satisfy F1>F2×tan θ1, where θ1 represents an angle formed by a perpendicular line (γ) with respect to a tangential plane (β) of the guide shaft (2A) and the horizontal direction. Thus, the image reading unit (1) can be prevented from being lifted due to rotation moment during movement.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes an automatic document feeder to feed an original document downstream, a frame, an image reader to read the original document fed by the automatic document feeder, and an image reader mounting unit to hold the image reader thereon. The frame pivotally supports the image reader mounting unit. A parallelism adjusting unit is provided to adjust parallelism of the image reader mounting unit. The parallelism adjusting unit is disposed on a side opposite a pivoting center for the image reader mounting unit at a prescribed interval therefrom. The pivoting center is located near a reading reference point in the image reader, at which the image reader starts reading the original document in main and sub-scanning directions.

The frame has a motor side surface and a gear side surface, and includes a first portion and a second portion.     摘要: A scanning apparatus includes a housing with a scan flatbed. A loading glass is installed at the scan flatbed of the housing for loading a to-be-scanned document. A photoelectric sensing device senses the light corresponding to the to-be-scanned document to generate electric signals. The electric signals are transmitted through a flat cable to a motherboard. The flat cable is designed to include a line peak so that the surface friction between the flat cable and the loading glass can be reduced to line friction. The flat cable can also be shifted near the sidewall of the housing and is inclined to the center of the housing so that the friction traces remained on the loading glass is outside the scan flatbed. Thus, the abrasion on the loading glass can be reduced and the quality of the scanning images can be improved.
