摘要: A data flow manager for distributing data of a data stream of a user equipment via a first communication link and via a second communication link includes: a network interface configured to receive a first status signal indicating a link quality of the first communication link, a second status signal indicating a link quality of the second communication link and a third status signal indicating a link quality of a composite communication link; and a processor configured to, if at least one of the first status signal or the second status signal indicates a higher link quality than a link quality that is indicated by the third status signal, determine a reduction of an amount of data of the data stream communicated over the first communication link and an increase of an amount of data of the data stream communicated over the second communication link.

摘要: A system is described that includes a computer programmed: for each of a plurality of terminals, to receive inroute data via one of a plurality of respective inroute channels; using the plurality of respective inroute channels, to determine a first super inroute group (SIG) and a second SIG based on symbol rates of respective inroute channels; to determine a channel quality value of a first inroute channel, of a first terminal, wherein the first inroute channel is one of the plurality of respective inroute channels; to determine a backlog volume of one of the first SIG or the second SIG; and based on determining the channel quality value of the first terminal and the backlog volume of the first or second SIGs, to transmit, to the first terminal, outroute data comprising an instruction to change to a different inroute channel of the first or second SIG.

摘要: In embodiments, apparatuses, methods, and storage media may be described for secure broadcast of discovery information of a discoverable user equipment (UE) in a device-to-device (D2D) network. Specifically, the discovery information may be encrypted with a first encryption key, and then the result of that encryption may be re-encrypted with a second encryption key. The dual-encrypted discovery information may then be broadcast in a cell. Upon reception of the dual-encrypted discovery information, a discovering UE with the appropriate decryption keys may decrypt the message to identify the discovery information. Based on the decrypted discovery information, the discovering UE may identify the presence of the discoverable UE.

摘要: A wireless communication network serves media content to a wireless communication device. The wireless communication network receives registration notices for the wireless communication device from Downstream Content Delivery Networks (dCDNs) when the wireless communication device registers with the dCDNs. The wireless communication network receives CDN signaling from an Upstream Content Delivery Network (uCDN) for one of the multiple dCDNs when the wireless communication device registers with the uCDN. The wireless communication network selects one of the dCDNs for the wireless communication device. The wireless communication network transfers the CDN signaling to the selected one of the dCDNs. The uCDN transfers media content to the dCDN and the dCDN transfers the media content to the wireless communication device.

摘要: A method and device for realizing data transmission, including: when a starting condition of a timer of a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) of a data receiving side is satisfied, starting the timer of the PDCP of the data receiving side, and receiving and reordering data within a duration of the timer; and when a stopping condition of the timer of the PDCP of the data receiving side is satisfied, stopping the timer, and delivering to an upper layer the reordered data that has been processed; wherein the duration of the timer is related to a radio link control (RLC) mode of an offloading bearer. In embodiments of the present document, by setting the starting condition of the timer of the PDCP at the data receiving side, data packets are received and reordered within the duration of the timer when the data packets are received, and the timer is stopped while the data packets are continuously delivered when the stopping condition of the timer is satisfied, which realizes efficient ordered transmission of the data packets of the PDCP.

摘要: A wireless communication apparatus determines the ratio of sockets which are allocated to a first wireless interface using a first communication network and sockets which are allocated to a second wireless interface using a second communication network, on the basis of the radio quality of the first communication network and the radio quality of the second communication network. The wireless communication apparatus generates the sockets in accordance with the determined ratio and performs wireless communication. The wireless communication apparatus measures the amount of traffic through the first wireless interface and the amount of traffic through the second wireless interface in the wireless communication using the sockets which are generated in accordance with the determined ratio. The wireless communication apparatus corrects the number of sockets allocated to the first wireless interface and the second wireless interface on the basis of the measured amounts of traffic.
