摘要: Method and system to include a TETRA member (subscriber) in an ongoing PS-LTE group call using SS-LE, by mapping a plurality of specific SS-LE messages is disclosed. The embodiments herein enable TETRA SS-LE service to interwork with PS LTE GCS. The process involves the steps of queuing the TETRA call leg at the PS LTE GCS AS, informing the TETRA SwMI to activate SS-LE for a TETRA member, embedding a SS-LE PDU as a payload in the SIP messaging module, defining and interrogating a SS-LE service on a GCS AS via the authorized user on the TETRA SwMI or on the PS-LTE network. The TETRA member is connected to the ongoing group call through a gateway. The TETRA SwMI works as the TETRA core and the LTE to TETRA Gateway facilitates the process of message mapping and protocol conversion.

The method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes processing with input streams to output transmission units, wherein the transmission units carry broadcast data which carries a service or a service component, encoding the transmission units, symbol-mapping the encoded transmission units, MIMO encoding the symbol-mapped transmission units, time-interleaving the MIMO-encoded transmission units, building signal frames including the time-interleaved transmission units, modulating the built signal frames by Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing, OFDM scheme, and transmitting the modulated signal frames. Herein the signal frames include a fixed mode of signal frame and a mobile mode of signal frame. Herein a signal frame in the transmitted signal frames includes a preamble part, and the preamble part includes physical signaling data for the transmission units, and wherein the physical signaling data include information on a pilot mode for the signal frame.

摘要: According to the teachings herein, a wireless device that is a candidate for operating in the cooperative positioning advantageously activates that mode in response to detecting a warning situation. In some embodiments, the detection and/or activation operations are autonomously undertaken by the wireless device. In other embodiments, the wireless communication network provides warning situation detection and/or control of the cooperative positioning mode. More generally, the wireless communication network maintains a database identifying those wireless devices within a given service area that are cooperative positioning mode candidates—e.g., the devices having D2D communication capability and operational configurations that allow such operation. By the network providing such information in advance of a warning situation, the candidate devices have the information needed to efficiently discover or otherwise identify other such candidates.

摘要: A method for transmitting a message, a UE and a network side device are disclosed. The method includes: receiving, by a network side device, a message reported by a first user equipment UE, where the first UE is a UE in a preset UE group; identifying the message, reported by the first UE, as an emergency message when the message carries a message identifier of the emergency message; and delivering the emergency message to another UE except the first UE in the preset UE group. After identifying a reported emergency message, a network side may immediately deliver the emergency message to each UE. Because the emergency message does not need to be uploaded to a CN and a server of a management center through the network side for delivering, a transmission delay of the emergency message is reduced, which improves a speed that the UE obtains the emergency message.
