    摘要: A keyless arbor device for securing a tool, such as a drill bit, to a driver. At least one drive key is pivotally combined with the arbor. A threaded member and an outer sleeve are combined with an arbor. Rotation of the outer sleeve in a first direction causes the threaded member to move in a first direction and rotation of the outer sleeve in a second direction causes the threaded member to move in a second direction. The drive key is positioned so that as the threaded member is moved in its second direction, the threaded member makes contact with the drive key which forces the drive key to pivot from its first position to its second position thereby engaging the shank of the tool to secure the tool with the arbor.

    摘要: A device for clamping a stem has a body forming a piston chamber and having an axially outwardly open hole adapted to receive the stem and a plurality of collet jaws in the hole shiftable axially by a piston between an outer releasing position with its axial outer ends radially spread and an inner holding position with the ends more closely radially juxtaposed. The stem is engageable axially in the hole between the jaws and lockable in the body in the inner holding position. A main spring urges the piston and jaws axially inward into the inner position. A cover element has an outer head and is axially shiftable relative to the piston between an extended position with the head engaged radially between the outer ends of the jaws and a retracted position with the head spaced axially inward from the outer ends of the jaws.

    摘要: A keyless arbor device for securing a tool, such as a drill bit, to a driver, such as a magnetic base drill. The device generally comprises at least one drive key pivotally combined with the arbor. The drive key has a first position wherein the drive key is retracted and a second position wherein the drive key is extended. The device also comprises a threaded member and an outer sleeve combined with the arbor. Rotation of the outer sleeve in a first direction causes the threaded member to move in a first direction and rotation of the outer sleeve in a second direction causes the threaded member to move in a second direction. The drive key is positioned so that as the threaded member is moved in its second direction, the threaded member makes contact with the drive key which forces the drive key to pivot from its first position to its second position thereby engaging the shank of the tool to secure the tool with the arbor.

    摘要: A coaxial collect truck is disclosed having at least two clamping jaws which are radially adjustable by a respective chuck lever, whereby every chuck lever is connected to a respective stationary base part at one end by a first spring joint and is connected to a set collar at its other end by a second spring joint. The set collar is capable of engaging and releasing the clamping jaws by being rotatably seated at the base part by a respective third spring joint. Coaxial clamping in the sub-micrometer range is thereby achieved for precision round parts, particularly of plug pins for the releasable connection of optical fibers of light waveguides, whereby all chuck levers, base parts, first, second and third spring joints as well as the set collar are fashioned of one piece from a common plate.
