    摘要: A coupling device for coupling together a tool holder (3) with a rotatable spindle (2) of a machining machine. The coupling device comprises: —a female-shaped coupling part (10) with an internally cone-shaped section (11) and a male-shaped coupling part (20) with an externally cone-shaped section (21); —an annular groove (25) arranged in the externally cone-shaped section; —locking balls (15), which are radially displaceable in radial holes (16) in the internally cone-shaped section; and —a locking sleeve (30), which is arranged on the outside of the female-shaped coupling part and which is rotatable between a releasing position, in which the locking balls can be displaced radially to a retracted position while allowing a mutual axial displacement between the coupling parts, and a locking position, in which the locking balls are kept in engagement in said groove while preventing a mutual axial displacement between the coupling parts. The locking sleeve is provided with radially springing guide members (31), which co-operates with a respective locking ball.

    摘要: A manually actuated robotic tool changer includes a rapid coupling mechanism. The tool changer includes a master unit having a piston moveable along its axis between an unlocked position and a fully locked position, and a tool unit that is coupled to the master unit when the units are adjacent and the piston is moved to the fully locked position. A piston movement control mechanism selectively allows free axial motion of the piston between the unlocked position and a nearly locked position, when the control mechanism is actuated. The piston may be biased toward the locked position, allowing the master and tool units to be rapidly coupled by positioning the units adjacently, actuating the control mechanism to allow the piston to rapidly advance to a nearly locked position, releasing the control mechanism to restrict free axial motion of the piston, and manually advancing the piston to a fully locked position.

    摘要: An adjustable socket wrench with bolt head locking arm for engaging, removing and replacing different size bolts in a work piece. The socket wrench is designed to engage a bolt head at right angles and when locked on the bolt head holding the head with zero tolerance for ease in loosening and tightening the bolt. The wrench includes a wrench body with an upper end portion, a middle portion and a lower end portion. A channel is cut across the width of the upper end portion of the wrench body for receiving a first sliding jaw and a second sliding jaw. The bolt head is received between the first and second jaws. A first jaw guide arm is pivotally mounted on the wrench body with one end of the first jaw guide arm engaging the first jaw. A second jaw guide arm is pivotally mounted on the wrench body with one end of the second jaw guide arm engaging the second jaw. The first jaw guide arm is pivotally mounted to the bolt head locking arm. The bolt head locking arm in turn is pivotally mounted to a first pivot arm. The second jaw guide arm is pivotally mounted to a second pivot arm. The first and second pivot arms are engaged by a tightening nut threaded on the lower end portion of the wrench body. When the tightening nut is threaded upwardly on the wrench body, the first and second pivot arms move upwardly pivoting the first and second jaw guide arms inwardly. The first and second jaw guide arms move the first and second jaws toward each other for engaging a bolt head received therebetween.
