摘要： An actuator for a motor vehicle with an electric motor having an output shaft, a gearbox that is connected to the output shaft that includes a spindle nut, and a spindle that engages the spindle nut. The spindle nut comprises one main portion and at least one axial socket. The axial socket: (a) is solidly connected to the main portion, more specifically is integral with the main portion, (b) comprises an internal thread cooperating with the spindle and (c) is configured to be radially elastic. An elastic element is provided which fits against the axial socket and pushes the internal thread thereof into engagement with the spindle.

摘要： The present invention consists of a connection, having an anchored, elongated tension member, a fastening member attached to the elongated tension member, a resisting member that receives the elongated tension member and an expansion device that receives the elongated tension member there through and is compressively loaded between the fastening member and the resisting member by operation of the fastening member on the elongated tension member. The expansion device is formed with a sleeve. First and second bearing members are received in the central aperture of the surrounding sleeve and operatively connected to the surrounding sleeve. At least one of the bearing members is threadably connected to the sleeve. This bearing member can rotate in relation to the surrounding sleeve. A torsion spring connects the first and second bearing members and is located within the surrounding sleeve. The torsion spring biases the first and second members in opposite rotational directions such that at least one of the bearing members is forced to rotate along the thread of the surrounding sleeve away from the other bearing member and out of the surrounding sleeve.

摘要： A ball screw and nut linear actuator has a screw and nut with helical grooves and threads providing a helical raceway between them. The raceway has a ball return portion and provides a track for a train of recirculating load bearing balls. A wiper member carried by the nut has a helical wiper thread which is preloaded to engage an outer side of the helical groove of the screw outboard of the nut. The helical wiper thread has a radially open helical groove for maintaining and distributing a helical ribbon of lubricant on the side of the screw groove upon which it is pressed.

摘要： A spindle drive with a spindle and a spindle nut which moves on the spindle and is used for high precision drive of a linearly movable device is provided. The spindle nut comprises a base block connected to the movable device and having a bore extending axially to the spindle, at least one sliding nut segment being fastened to the base block and with a thread resting on the spindle. The spindle nut also comprises at least one other sliding nut segment which can be pressed in a resilient manner on the spindle using extension springs. An adjusting device is also provided which, depending on the direction of linear movement, causes a thread flank of the sliding nut segment to rest against the thread flank of the spindle sliding in the direction of linear movement, and one of the thread flanks of the other sliding nut segment is pressed on the other thread flank of the spindle which does not slide in the direction of linear movement.

摘要： A boring device for finishing high precision bores including a cylindrical body and a tool supporting member movable in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical body and adapted to retain a boring tool or implement. Movement of the tool supporting member is caused upon rotation of a rotatable ring which is mounted for rotation about the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical body, such rotation of the ring acting to move a crossbeam along the longitudinal axis. The crossbeam is fixed to, and similarly moves, an elongate rod and an oblique extension thereof. The oblique extension is slidably engaged at least partially within the tool supporting member. The crossbeam extends substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical body and has at its ends threads in engagement with an internal thread of the rotatable ring. Axial movement of the crossbeam is enabled by its receipt within an axially extending slot of the cylindrical body.

摘要： An anti-backlash nut designed to translate along a lead screw in two longitudinal directions is disclosed. The nut has one or more longitudinal flexure members each having one end fixed to the nut and the other one free floating. Internal threads are formed at the free floating ends of the flexure members complementary to the threads of the screw. Incline ramps are located on the exterior of the free floating ends. A flexible compression member in the form of an O-ring surrounds the ramps for continuously urging the threads at the free floating end into forceful engagement with the threads of the screw. There is an adjustable sleeve for urging the O-ring against the ramps with variable force to increase and decrease the force with which the threads of the flexure members engage the threads of the screw.

摘要： An apparatus for adjusting the relative positions of a first component and a second component of a power tool includes a drive rod which interconnects the first and second component. The drive rod has a plurality of external threads in meshing engagement with a plurality of internal threads located on one of the first and second components. An internally threaded element preferably in the form of a backlash nut is also in meshing engagement with the plurality of internal threads. A biasing member is interdisposed between the internally threaded element and one of the first and second component. In a preferred form, the apparatus is incorporated into a power tool for woodworking or metal forming and is operative for eliminating play in the threaded interconnection of the components which is most evidence upon reversal of movement of the drive rod.

摘要： A preliminary thrusting mechanism for a screw device serves to achieve not only constant position type preliminary thrusting but also constant pressure type preliminary thrusting. The preliminary thrusting mechanism includes as essential components a screw shaft having a spirally extending screw groove formed axially along the outer surface thereof, a first nut threadably engaged with the screw shaft, a second nut operatively connected to the first nut in series and threadably engaged with the screw shaft, a rotation stopping unit for preventing the second nut from being rotated relative to the first nut, a thrusting unit including a thrusting member adapted to impart to the first nut and the second nut a certain intensity of thrusting power effective in the opposite direction for allowing them to be displaced away from each other in the axial direction, and a stopping unit for preventing the thrusting member from being displaced further when the thrusting member is displaced by a predetermined distance. In practice, the thrusting unit includes a liquid pressure source, a liquid pressure supplying path and a pressure chamber, and the stopping unit includes flanges each serving to prevent further displacement of the thrusting member.

摘要： A linear actuator using a screw mechanism is provided which can be made free from play and can operate in a smooth fashion without involving any unacceptably rigorous tolerance control. An external thread of a screw rod is in threading engagement with an internal thread of a nut member for converting a rotational movement of the nut member into a linear movement of the screw rod, and a localized region of relatively tight fit is provided in the threading engagement. In particular, when the nut member is made of a molded plastic member, the localized region of relatively tight fit can be easily formed by grinding or cutting a part of the molding core for molding the internal thread of the nut member.
