    Abstract: A standing ride on mower includes a frame, a right drive wheel, a left drive wheel, a prime mover, a right side integrated transaxle operating under influence of the prime mover to drive rotation of the right drive wheel and having a housing, hydraulic pump, and hydraulic motor, a left side integrated transaxle operating under influence of the prime mover to drive rotation of the left drive wheel, having a housing, hydraulic pump, and hydraulic motor, and an operator platform to support a standing operator of the mower extending beneath the left housing and beneath the right housing such that a distance between an innermost portion of the right side integrated transaxle and an innermost portion of the left side integrated transaxle is less than a width of the operator platform.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a cutting plate for a mobile device. The cutting plate comprises a body defining a cutting cavity and an unloading channel. The cutting cavity comprises a first cutting chamber and a second cutting chamber in communication with each other with an unloading channel. A first blade and a second blade are rotatably housed, respectively, in the first cutting chamber and in the second cutting chamber. A deflector and/or separator element is installed in the cutting cavity so as to be interposed between the first cutting chamber and the second cutting chamber. The cutting cavity is externally delimited by an edge surface. The edge surface comprises a first portion and a second portion defining an inlet chamber in communication with the cutting cavity. Protection elements extend from the second portion and are configured to intercept, in use, any solid bodies expelled at high speed.

    Abstract: Low-noise electric lawnmowers comprise curved cutting blades. In some examples, a lawnmower comprises a driving unit and a mowing unit with a mowing-unit deck. The mowing-unit deck comprises a set of blade units (e.g., 3 units) and a discharge conduit. Each blade unit comprises a blade enclosure and a cutting blade with a cutting edge having a curved shape. For example, the cutting edge, at a point furthest away from the blade center axis, may form an approach angle of greater than 90° but be less than 90° closer to the blade center. This curving aspect allows operating the blade at lower rotating speeds (e.g., less than 3,000 RPM), which reduces the turbulence and noise. In some examples, the blade enclosure forms an enclosure tunnel such that the tunnel's cross-sectional area increases from the tunnel's inlet to the outlet.

    Abstract: A multiple Hirth joint for permitting linear and angular adjustment of an upper control arm with respect to a lower control arm. The joint includes a multiple Hirth interface having a slot through it, a confronting single Hirth interface, and an actuator. The actuator permits manual loosening and tightening of the multiple Hirth interface and single Hirth interface to permit linear and angular adjustment. Loosening of the actuator simultaneously permits linear and angular adjustment and tightening of the actuator simultaneously lock the joint into the selected linear and angular position.

    Abstract: A lift detection mechanism of a mowing robot includes a wheel set, a movable member, a transmitter, and a receiver. The wheel set has an axle rotatably and movably penetrated into a fixed seat, a wheel connected to the axle and located outside of the fixed seat, and a fixing member disposed to the axle and located in the fixed seat. The movable member is disposed to the axle and located in the fixed seat. One of the transmitter and the receiver is disposed to the movable member, and the other of the transmitter and the receiver is disposed to the fixed seat. As such, when the mowing robot is lifted by a user, the movable member is driven by an elastic member to move downwards until the transmitter and the receiver are staggered. As such, blades are controlled to stop working for preventing the user from being cut.
