摘要: An agricultural sprayer includes a purge tank, a nozzle configured to dispense an agricultural fluid onto an underlying field, and a downstream valve configured to selectively permit the air from the main fluid conduit to flow to the nozzle. A computing system is configured to initiate a purging operation to purge the agricultural fluid present within the nozzle and, upon receipt of the input, control an operation of a main valve such that the main valve is moved to an opened position to allow the air to flow through a main fluid conduit. In addition, the computing system is configured to monitor a first air pressure associated with the purge tank and a second air pressure associated with the nozzle. Furthermore, the computing system is configured to control an operation of the downstream valve during the purging operation based on the monitored first and second air pressures.

Additionally, the agricultural sprayer includes a cab supported on the chassis, a platform supported on the chassis and positioned outside of the cab, and a railing pivotably coupled to the platform. Moreover, the agricultural sprayer includes an actuator configured to pivot the railing relative to the platform. In addition, the agricultural sprayer includes a computing system configured to receive an input indicative of a position of the boom arm relative to the chassis and control an operation of the actuator based on the position of the boom arm relative to the chassis.

摘要: An agricultural sprayer includes a computing system configured to receive a first input associated with a target application rate at which agricultural fluid is to be dispensed onto the field. Moreover, the computing system is configured to receive a second input associated with a turn being made or to be made by the sprayer. Additionally, the computing system is configured to determine a maximum ground speed for the turn at which a selected nozzle dispenses the agricultural fluid onto the field at the target application rate based on the received first and second inputs. Furthermore, when the turn is being made, the computing system is configured to control an operation of the sprayer such that the ground speed of the sprayer is at or below the determined maximum ground speed.

摘要: The agricultural sprayer includes a base with two vertical guides fixed thereon and carriages mounted on and capable of traveling along said guides. A ducted fan is turnably mounted on axles between the carriages. The inner surface of the fan duct is equipped with nozzles connected to a liquid container. One of the carriages consists of two parts: the first and the second one, with the second part capable of moving relative to the first one. The first and the second parts of said carriage have a duct-swinging crank-rocker mechanism mounted thereon. Said mechanism is configured for setting the inclination angle of the fan duct and adjusting its oscillation amplitude.

摘要: A system for dispensing agricultural products includes at least one source of agricultural product; at least one agricultural product tube, a seed sensing device, a metering system, and a sensor assembly. At least one agricultural product tube is connected to the source of agricultural product. The seed sensing device is configured to control the delivery of the agricultural product. The metering system is coupled to at least one agricultural product tube and to the seed sensing device and is configured to synchronize the placement of agricultural product relative to the placement of seed. A sensor assembly includes a signal conditioning circuit. The signal conditioning circuit is configured to provide an output signal representing an indication of the presence of the agricultural product. At least one seed for use in determining the synchronized placement of seed and the agricultural product in correct proximity with one another in a seed furrow.

An in-situ sensor detects nutrient values as a mobile material application machine operates at the worksite. A predictive map generator generates a predictive map that maps predictive nutrient values at different geographic locations in the worksite based on a relationship between values of the characteristic in the information map and nutrient values detected by the in-situ sensor. The predictive map can be output and used in automated machine control.
