摘要： A heat treatment roll 2 is provided for continuously cooling or heating a treated object such as a resin sheet 5, which is used in an extrusion molded sheet manufacturing apparatus or the like. The heating roll 2 includes a hollow roll body 11 formed with many circular through holes 11a in the roll axis direction at a fixed close pitch on the same radius close to the cylindrical surface, wherein roll body 11 is formed by calculating the space between the circular holes 11a from the cylindrical surface to give the highest heat conduction efficiency with respect to the cylindrical surface and the lowest unevenness of temperature in the circumferential direction; a pair of side plates 12 and 13 which are fixedly provided on both end faces of the roll body 11 so as to be aligned with the roll body 11 and are provided with radial heating medium passages communicating with the circular through holes 11a in the cylindrical surface of the roll body 11; and a pair of rotating support shafts 12a and 13a extending on the same centerline on both sides of the heat treatment roll, each of which is fixedly provided integrally with one of the side plates, and has a heating medium passage communicating with the radial heating medium passages of the side plate in the axis center. Thereby, a cooling medium or a heating medium can be caused to flow from the heating medium passage in one rotating support shaft to the circular through holes in the roll body, and discharged from the heating medium passage in the other rotating support shaft, whereby a treated object such as the resin sheet 5 is cooled or heated.

摘要： A saddle for a sheeting head includes a pair of semi-circular concave edges configured to seal a pair of rollers. The oppositely facing concave edges each include a tongue that fits in a corresponding groove in the roller and a retracted concave edge adapted to wrap around half the roller surface. The saddle includes a top portion wherein the concave edges downwardly converge, and a bottom portion wherein the concave edges downwardly diverge. A narrow waist is provided at the proximal-most position of the concave edges and adapted to fit in a pinch point between the rollers. A sheeting head assembly incorporating the saddle may include a sidewall to which the saddle need not be fastened. The self-locking characteristics of the saddle enable an assembly to omit sidewalls altogether.

摘要： A food extrusion device includes an extruding unit, a rotary unit, a material inlet, and a transfer belt. The rotary wheels at two sides of the extruding unit are arranged inwards or outwards (or outward or inwards) eccentrically and longitudinally. As the rotary wheels at two sides of the extruding unit rotate inwards or outwards (or outwards or inwards) sequentially with a downward sequence so that the dough slides downwards, the dough presents alternative actions of expansion and contraction (or contraction and expansion) with the outwards and inward rotation of the rotary wheels. Therefore, the force applying area of the dough and the stress applied to the dough by the rotary wheels are reduced. As a consequent, elastic dough is made.

摘要： An apparatus for extending food dough is provided that is compact and has a relatively long conveying path for food dough that extends the food dough. Also, the apparatus can be easily cleaned and maintained. It includes a lower frame (3) having a food-conveying member to convey food dough in one direction, an upper frame (5) located above the lower frame, and a cluster of a plurality of extending rollers that are located within the upper frame. To extend the food dough the extending rollers are arranged to be endless and rotatable. The upper frame (5) can be moved up and down in relation to the lower frame (3) so that the cluster of the plurality of the extending rollers can be completely separated from the food-conveying member. Thus, the food-conveying member can be easily cleaned.
