摘要： A drawer assembly includes a drawer having a bottom wall, first and second opposing end walls, and first and second opposing side walls. The end and side walls cooperate to define an open top for receiving and removing contents. First and second longitudinal top rails are formed with respective first and second side walls. A removable lid covers the open top of the drawer in a first assembly configuration. The lid has first and second opposing major surfaces, first and second opposing end edges, and first and second opposing side edges. The side edges of the lid include respective longitudinal channels adapted for receiving the longitudinal top rails of the drawer to slide the lid over the open top. An indent is formed with at least one of the first and second longitudinal top rails of the drawer. A detent is formed with at least one of the first and second longitudinal channels of the lid. The detent is adapted for mating with the indent of the drawer to temporarily lock the lid in position over the open top of the drawer.

The sliding member further includes an inclined face and a recessed portion following a rear end of the inclined face, with the inclined face and the recessed portion together forming a resilient plate on a body of the sliding member.

摘要： A self-closing drawer slide includes a cabinet member, a drawer member, a plurality of bearings interfitted between the cabinet and drawer members, a generally planar surface having a channel defined therein, which extends in a direction parallel to the direction of movement of the drawer member, and a slider positioned in the channel and adapted to selectively engage the drawer member. A spring is connected to the slider and adapted to exert a pulling force that tends to pull the slider toward the back end of the channel. In addition, a holding notch is defined in the planar surface adjacent the front end of the channel, which is adapted to releasably hold the slider near the front end of the channel. The slider is adapted to engage a surface on the drawer member that causes the slider to move into the holding notch when the drawer member is moved to the extended position and to move out of the holding notch when the drawer member is moved to the closed position, with the spring causing the slider to move to the back end of the channel when the slider is moved out of the holding notch and to thereby move the drawer member to the closed position.

摘要： A closing buffer mechanism for drawer slide track mainly constitutes buffer mechanism and separable dismounted bumper. The buffer mechanism comprises cylinder, connecting rod and piston. The separable bumper may be either sucking tray, magnetic or snap assembly. It is mounted to one end of moveable rod and the front end of-connecting rod. It makes close contact while the connecting rod moves forward. When reserve force is applied, the bumper will separate the connecting rod. While the drawer is being closed, the moveable rod will move inward and bring the bumper assembly moving inward which causes the connecting rod retreat to inside of a cylinder and compress air at the end chamber. The compressed air will then ooze gradually through small air vent so as to alleviate the inward pushing force. Therefore, the inward force the drawer exerts is reduced at the closing end.

Perimeter rails are joined by corner clips to maintain a rectangular shape of the divider assembly.
