摘要： A cartridge (1) for controlled brewing of loose-leaf tea in a cup, comprising an infusion chamber (2) for containing loose tea leaves (3) and infusing a liquid with substances from the tea leaves to brew tea. A chamber wall (20) impervious to the liquid defines the infusion chamber. In the chamber wall is a passage (21) between the infusion chamber and an exterior (5) thereof. The passage has an open state in which the infusion chamber is in liquid communication with the exterior, to transport the substances from the infusion chamber into liquid in the exterior during brewing tea. In a close state the infusion chamber inside is closed off from liquid in the exterior to stop a concentration of the substances in the liquid in the exterior from increasing. A manual control manually controllable by a human-being allows to bring the passage from the open state into the closed state.

摘要： Methods and devices for enhancing drinking chilled drinking vessels are provided. In some aspects, a concentric set of arms or tabs in a pre-configured section of a drinking vessel applies holding pressure to expanded water poured within the section. A beverage is then poured over the frozen water, submerging it. In other aspects, holding pressure is maintained through flexible and/or adjustable arms, and lateral play eliminated, even if the frozen water melts. In other embodiments, a loop or set of loops extends from the center of the vessel above the section, and separate, flexible members (preferably cambered) are threaded through the loops after the water is frozen to apply greater holding pressure.

摘要： An apparatus for brewing kava beverage. Using the apparatus, kava beverage is brewed by filling a hollow two-piece spherical structure with extremely fine mesh screens with kava. The filled apparatus is placed in a shaker bottle filled with liquid and is shaken vigorously, extracting the kavalactones from the root into the liquid, creating the kava beverage. This using this apparatus for brewing kava beverage is quicker and simpler than traditional methods of brewing kava beverage.

摘要： A tea maker comprises a vessel in which is located a conveyor. The conveyor, preferably vertically, transports a carriage. The conveyor and a carriage are surrounded by a tube and are protected from the water in the vessel. An enclosed basket is coupled to the carriage. An external user interface allows a user to select brewing parameters such as the type of beverage brewed, the brewing temperature, and the steeping time. The selection is sent to a processor. The processor then encodes the selection into a control data for the heating assembly or the conveyor.

摘要： A disposal means for preparing a beverage from a particulate product, the means comprising a rigid base and a container to be filled with the particulate product, said container being formed of a liquid-permeable material, wherein the container has a flat mouth portion attached to the base by one part thereof, and the base being provided with at least one folding line. The base can be formed of a hard but readily flexible material such as plastic, cardboard and similar materials. The base can be provided with a holding member. The holding member can be in the form of a protrusion, a hook or an element punched from the central part of the base along an unclosed contour, such that the element can be bent away. The base can be provided with a recess. The folding line can be in the form of a crease, a weakened line, a perforated line, a partial cut, a combination thereof, or it can be obtained by another suitable method. The container can be formed of an easily compressible and liquid-permeable material such as cellulose, filter paper and other materials suitable for the proper function of the means.
