Abstract: An insulated beverage holder designed to maintain the cold temperature of canned or bottled beverages for an extended period. The holder features a double-walled construction with an inner freezable gel layer and an outer insulating Styrofoam layer. The gel layer can be frozen prior to use, creating a cold environment that prolongs the desired drinking temperature. Adjustable compression rings secure various container sizes. The holder includes a side handle, customizable outer wrap, and an alternate version with canvas straps and Velcro handle. Manufactured using readily available materials and methods, this invention provides a practical solution for maintaining the cold temperature of beverages during consumption, addressing the limitations of traditional koozies.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a modular cup holder tray assembly, which can include a tray and at least one handle operably coupled to the tray. The tray can include a base and sidewalls. The base can define a top surface and have more than one cup holder extending therethrough. The sidewalls can be substantially perpendicular to the base. At least two-tray coupling apertures can extend through a first sidewall. At least two-tray coupling protrusions can extend outward from a second sidewall, opposite the first sidewall. The at least two-tray coupling protrusions can be configured to engage the at least two-tray coupling apertures of a second tray. The at least one handle can have a first end removably coupled to a third sidewall and a second end removably coupled to a fourth sidewall, opposite the third sidewall.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for storing, cooling, and releasing items, such as canned beverages, is disclosed. A key object of the invention disclosed is to provide a cooler having a smaller footprint and greater height relative to existing solutions. To this end, an apparatus configured according to the present disclosure utilizes one or more thermoelectric cooling elements to lower the temperature of a container, in combination with an air channel arranged along an axis parallel with the container's height. Further, due to the novel dimensions that the apparatus may exhibit, a means for serially releasing items from the container is disclosed, including a retainer assembly and release mechanism disposed within the device's head and a force mechanism disposed within the container's interior.

Abstract: A portable drinking device capable of fitting over a typical pressurized beverage can to direct the flow of fluid from the can into a user's mouth. The portable drinking device may be positioned over the open top of a can. The portable drinking device and can are then slightly tilted sideways. A piercing device, which is stored in a storage area formed in a funnel-like cap of the portable drinking device, is used to puncture a whole in the side of the can after the drinking device and can are tilted sideways. Either just before or immediately after the can is pierced, the entire assembly is positioned so that the portable drinking device directs a rapid stream of fluid from the punctured can through the tube of the portable drinking device into a user's mouth.
