摘要： A grill device includes an annular bottom wall adapted to be placed above a flat support, and outer and inner annular walls which extend uprightly from outer and inner annular peripheries of the bottom wall to form outer and inner upper annular edges and which cooperate with the bottom wall to confine an annular fluid collecting groove. A lower cooking member includes upper and lower major walls normal to a central line. The upper major wall includes an outer circumferential area integrally formed with and extending inwardly from the upper inner annular edge, and a central area that is raised so as to be higher than the outer circumferential area. The lower major wall is punched upwardly to form a plurality of first and second ridge portions respectively in the central and outer circumferential areas. The first and second ridge portions are of such heights so that the respective first ridge portion is not higher than the respective second ridge portion. An upper cooking member is disposed to be hinged to the lower cooking member so as to cover and be superimposed on the lower cooking member. Therefore, meat disposed on the first and second ridge portions can be held in position even when the upper cooking member is in an open position relative to the lower cooking member.

摘要： A food serving set for use in combination with a roasting oven or other similar deep well cooker is disclosed. The present food serving set is comprised of a plurality of individual containers with sealable lids for maintaining food items in a ready-to-eat condition. The individual food containers are suitable for refrigeration of food items. The present serving set features a collapsible supporting rack, which positions such individual containers within the deep well cooker while in use. In one embodiment the supporting rack is foldable for convenient storage or packaging of the serving set within the interior space of the roasting oven. In an alternative embodiment the supporting rack may be easily disassembled for storage using a latching mechanism or other suitable quick connect/disconnect fasteners.

The grill also includes a filter unit which has a hood having a downwardly-depending post which telescopically engages the stanchion such that the filter unit is selectively positionable in a vertical direction relative to the base. The filter unit includes a selectively removable filtering element for removing contaminants from a medium which emanates from the grilling surface into the air during grilling. A ventilation system creates an air flow for drawing the medium through the filtering element.

摘要： A toaster oven has a sheet metal chassis and plastic, cool-wall support walls which support the chassis. Both a pivotally-mounted bottom panel and a slidable crumb tray may be provided. Parts of the chassis are connected together without the use of fasteners or welds by twist tabs. A sheet metal top panel and, optionally, a plastic top panel extend over the top of the chassis. One of the support walls has a pair of locking pins and the plastic top wall has a forwardly-facing hook engaged with one of said locking pins and a rearwardly-facing hook engaged with the other of said locking pins. Support pads on the inner faces of the plastic support walls may cooperate with mounting members for supporting the toaster oven on the bottom of a kitchen cabinet. A control compartment beside the oven chamber houses electrical controls including a heat sensing thermistor mounted in a porcelain tube held against the wall that separates the control compartment from the oven chamber.

摘要： A household electric appliance has three basic components, a griddle, a skillet which can be placed on the griddle to be heated thereby when the griddle is not otherwise in use, and a skillet lid which can be placed atop the skillet. The appliance can be compactly assembled for storage by changing the manner in which the components are stacked. When compactly assembled for storage, the three basic components can be clamped together and stored on edge to conserve lateral storage space. Two types of clamps are described, a resilient strap clamp and a wire rod clip. Operation of the appliance is controlled by a thermostat and a heating control panel is provided that has two sets of indicia, one for use when the griddle is used by itself and one for use when the skillet is used.
