In one example implementation, the method can include operating a motor of the stand mixer appliance in order to rotate a mixer shaft of the stand mixer appliance. The method can further include determining, via a controller of the stand mixer appliance, a difference between an operating parameter and an operating parameter threshold. The method can further include implementing, via the controller of the stand mixer appliance, a field-weakening operation to increase a speed of the motor based at least in part on the difference.

摘要： A micro puree machine including a housing, a power shaft, a bowl assembly and a platform. The power shaft extends from the housing. The bowl assembly including at least one locking bowl element. The platform includes at least one complementary locking platform element that is configured to engage the at least one locking bowl element such that rotation of the bowl assembly relative to the platform is prevented at times the bowl assembly is positioned thereon. The platform is rotatable from a first position to a second position relative to the housing such that the platform raises the bowl assembly towards the power shaft during the rotation of the bowl assembly and platform. The raising of the bowl assembly facilitates connection between the power shaft and a blade assembly that is positioned in a lid assembly on the bowl assembly.

The attachment receiver includes an electrical connector having a plurality of electrical contacts. The first processor is configured to: i) receive an identification signal at a first port of the plurality of ports via the electrical connector from a second processor in the received food processing attachment to identify the received food processing attachment, and ii) when an identification signal is not received, monitor a voltage at each of the plurality of ports to identify the received food processing attachment.

At least two cutting arms and at least two mixing arms extend radially outward from the central hub. A retaining component retains the blade within the lid during processing. The lid includes a recess below the retaining component for collecting slush and ice displaced by the blade during processing. Portions of the blade also include serrated grooves for clearing slush deposits when the blade engages the lid.

摘要： Micro puree machines have a locking assembly for locking a container to a coupling on the machine, preventing the container from rotating out of the coupling during processing. The locking assembly includes at least one protrusion on the container configured to slidably engage a slot on an interior surface of the coupling when the container is rotated in a clockwise direction. The coupling has a clip that is moveable from a first position, in which the clip prevents rotation of the container in the counterclockwise direction, to a second position, in which the clip allows rotation of the container in the counterclockwise direction. The clip is spring biased toward the second position. Pressing a button on the coupling moves the clip from the first to the second position.
