摘要: There is provided a computer-implemented method comprising the steps of: receiving an arousal signal representative of an occurrence an arousal of a subject; receiving a heartrate signal representative of a heartrate of the subject; determining a recovery response phase signal in the heartrate signal; wherein the recovery response phase signal is representative of a recovery response phase in which the heartrate decreases after the arousal; determining a deviation of the recovery response phase signal relative to a reference signal. Further, there is provided an apparatus comprising a sensor system and a processing unit coupled to the sensor system. The sensor system is configured to provide a heartrate signal representative of a heartrate of a subject. The sensor system is configured to provide an arousal signal representative of an occurrence of an arousal of a subject. The processing unit is configured to perform the computer-implemented method.

摘要: A method and a system for providing feedback to a user for adjusting sleep pattern of the user. The method includes collecting a set of information related to the user, receiving a set of measurement data related to the user from a wearable electronic device, defining circadian rhythm and duration of sleep of the user, determining sleep scores for a predefined number of days and associating each sleep score with a corresponding go-to-bed time or time of falling asleep of the user. A sleep score is determined for each of the predefined number of days from the collected set of information, the set of measurement data, the circadian rhythm and the duration of sleep of the user. The method further includes analysing the sleep scores and associated go-to-bed time or time of falling asleep of the user to determine an optimum bedtime window for the user and providing feedback to the user based on the analysed sleep scores and the optimum bedtime window.

The coil is configured to transmit a first electromagnetic signal towards the part to be measured, and receive at least a second electromagnetic signal generated by the induction of the first electromagnetic signal to generate an induction signal. The control module is coupled to the coil. The control module includes a signal generating unit configured to provide an AC signal to the coil, a filtering unit coupled to the coil, and a processing unit. The filtering unit has at least a first filtering frequency band and a second filtering frequency band. The induction signal is divided into at least a first part and a second part aft″r pa'sing through the filtering unit. The processing unit calculates at least one feature signals of the state of the subject's heart or lungs according to at least one of the first part and the second part.

摘要: The invention provides a neck-worn sensor that is a single, body-worn system that measures the following parameters from an ambulatory patient: heart rate, pulse rate, pulse oximetry, respiratory rate, temperature, thoracic fluid levels, stroke volume, cardiac output, and a parameter sensitive to blood pressure called pulse transit time. From stroke volume, a first algorithm employing a linear model can estimate the patient's pulse pressure. And from pulse pressure and pulse transit time, a second algorithm, also employing a linear algorithm, can estimate systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Thus, the sensor can measure all five vital signs along with hemodynamic parameters. It also includes a motion-detecting accelerometer, from which it can determine motion-related parameters such as posture, degree of motion, activity level, respiratory-induced heaving of the chest, and falls.

摘要: This disclosure is directed to devices, systems, and techniques for monitoring a patient condition. In some examples, a medical device system includes processing circuitry configured to determine a plurality of pulse transit time (PTT) intervals, determine, based on an accelerometer signal, a posture of a patient from a plurality of postures corresponding to each PTT interval of the plurality of PTT intervals, classify each PTT interval of the plurality of PTT intervals based on the respective posture of the patient corresponding to the respective PTT interval, and monitor, based on the classified plurality of PTT intervals, a patient condition.

摘要: Technologies directed to are concurrent monitoring indoor oxygen-deficiency and human vital signs with mmWave radars described. One method sends a first signal having a first chirp having a triangular shape and a second chirp having a ramp shape. A frequency of the first signal is in a millimeter wave (mmWave) frequency range. The method receives a second signal corresponding to the first signal, the second signal comprising a first portion corresponding to the first chirp and a second portion corresponding to the second chirp. The method generates a third signal indicative of a human vital sign using the first chirp and the first portion. The method measures a value indicative of oxygen-deficiency in air using the second chirp and the second portion.
