摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a panoramic tomographic image (1, 11, 60) of an object (2) to be recorded using a 2D panoramic X-ray device (3), in the course of which X-rays (4) produced by means of an X-ray source (5) irradiate the object (2) and are acquired by means of an X-ray detector (7), wherein, during a movement of the X-ray source (5) and the X-ray detector (7) around the object (2), a number of 2D X-ray projection images (30) are acquired from different acquisition directions (6). A first panoramic tomographic image (1) is calculated from the acquired 2D X-ray projection images (30) using a reconstruction method, wherein the acquired 2D X-ray projection images (30) are modified using a modification method, wherein, from the modified 2D X-ray projection images (40, 50) and using the reconstruction method, a second panoramic tomographic image (11) is calculated with a higher weighting of artifacts (20) relative to anatomical structures (17, 18, 19), wherein a third panoramic tomographic image (60) with significantly reduced artifacts is calculated.

摘要: Disclosed is a device for matching three-dimensional intra-oral scan data, the device comprising a computed tomography (CT) image depth map generation unit, a depth map coordinate difference information determination unit, a depth map correction unit, and an intra-oral scan model recovery unit. The CT image depth map generation unit generates a depth map of a CT frame from a CT image by using information about a single scan frame of the scan data. The depth map coordinate difference information determination unit determines depth map coordinate difference information between the depth map of the CT frame and a depth map of the scan frame. The depth map correction unit corrects the depth map of the scan frame on the basis of the depth map coordinate difference information. The intra-oral scan model recovery unit recovers a three-dimensional intra-oral scan model on the basis of the corrected depth map of the scan frame.

摘要: Techniques are provided for x-ray sensing for intraoral tomography. A methodology implementing the techniques according to an embodiment includes detecting an x-ray pulse based on energy received at one or more pixels of a pixel array. The method also includes integrating the energy received at each of the pixels of the array of pixels, in response to the detection, wherein the energy received at each of the pixels is associated with the x-ray pulse. The method further includes multiplexing readouts of analog signals from the array of pixels into two or more parallel channels. The method further includes simultaneously converting (or otherwise in parallel) the analog signals of each of the channels into digital signals and storing the digital signals in memory as frames of data. The method may further include, for example, transmitting the frames of data from the memory, over a Universal Serial Bus, to an imaging system.

摘要: An intra-oral imaging system includes an imaging device and a control device. The imaging device includes an imager, a controller, and a case in which the imager and the controller are housed. The imager performs imaging detection for detecting radiation in order to acquire an image of an object and monitoring detection for detecting radiation in order to monitor the dose of radiation. The controller transmits an imaging signal and a monitoring signal to the control device, the imaging signal acquired by the imaging detection and the monitoring signal acquired by the monitoring detection. The control device receives the imaging signal and the monitoring signal, and transmits a control command to the controller, the control command generated based on the monitoring signal. The controller controls the imager according to the control command.

摘要: A method of manufacturing customized ceramic labial/lingual orthodontic brackets by digital light processing, said method comprises measuring dentition data of a profile of teeth of a patient, wherein measuring dentition data is performed using a CT scanner or intra-oral scanner, based on the dentition data, creating a three dimensional computer-assisted design (3D CAD) model of the patient's teeth using reverse engineering, and saving the 3D CAD model on a computer, designing a 3D CAD bracket structure model for a single labial or lingual bracket structure, importing the 3D CAD bracket structure model into a Digital Light Processing (DLP) machine, directly producing the bracket by layer manufacturing.

At least one deciduous tooth among the one or more segmented teeth is identified. A virtual model of a target dentition arrangement of the patient dentition is generated, wherein the at least one deciduous tooth is replaced by a replacement permanent tooth.
