Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for implanting a patient-specific prosthesis at a treatment site in a patient are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a patient-specific prosthesis includes a tubular graft and a coupling member. A fenestration can be disposed in the tubular graft, the fenestration corresponding to a predicted branch blood vessel location. The coupling member can be disposed about the fenestration. The coupling member can include a coil configured to expand from a first configuration to a second configuration in response to the application of an expanding force. The coil can be configured to contract to a third configuration upon removal of the expanding force.

The wall has an internal surface defining a main lumen and an opposite outer surface. The wall has a recessed portion that is recessed relative to the outer surface of the wall and positioned between the first and second ends of the main body. The main body has an opening formed in the recessed portion of the wall for receiving the branch member therethrough such that the branch lumen is in fluid communication with the main lumen.

Abstract: An apparatus is for positioning an endovascular implant, such as a stent to assist in maintaining vessel patency, adjacent a junction at a branch from a vessel. A sheath includes a first lumen and a second lumen. The first lumen is adapted for receiving a catheter including the endovascular implant for positioning within the branch. An at least partially radiopaque wire is located in the second lumen. The at least partially radiopaque wire includes a pre-shaped portion, such as a bend, for locating at the junction for use in guiding the stent into position within the branch. Related methods are also disclosed.

Abstract: Endovascular prostheses used to treat diseased blood vessels, such as arteries, are disclosed. The endovascular prosthesis may include a fenestration tube through which a guidewire extends in a sealed configuration. The fenestration tube can be selectively openable and configured to sealingly receive an expandable endovascular prosthesis that extends into a side branch vessel of the diseased blood vessel.

Abstract: A system for treating a bifurcated vessel that includes a first delivery catheter and a second delivery catheter. The first delivery catheter carries a proximal first stent and a distal second stent. The first delivery catheter also has a first elongate shaft, a proximal first expandable member with the proximal first stent disposed thereover, and a distal second expandable member with the distal second stent disposed thereover. The proximal first expandable member and distal second expandable member are independently expandable of one another. The second delivery catheter carries a third stent. The second delivery catheter also has a second elongate shaft, and a third expandable member with the third stent disposed thereover. The third expandable member is independently expandable of the proximal first expandable member and the distal second expandable member.

Abstract: An endoprosthesis delivery system includes an expandable endoprosthesis including a side branch portal, a first primary sleeve releasably constraining a proximal portion of the expandable endoprosthesis to a collapsed configuration, a second primary sleeve in parallel with the first primary sleeve, the second primary sleeve releasably constraining a distal portion of the expandable endoprosthesis to the collapsed configuration, and a secondary sleeve within the first primary sleeve. Upon release of the first primary sleeve, the secondary sleeve releasably constrains the proximal portion of the expandable endoprosthesis to a partially expanded configuration allowing access to the side branch portal via the partially expanded proximal portion of the expandable endoprosthesis.

Abstract: A handle assembly for a prosthesis delivery device is disclosed. The handle assembly comprises a stationary main handle having a proximal end and a distal end and an outer surface extending therebetween. A first helical groove is formed in at least a portion of the outer surface of the main handle and a first trigger wire actuation mechanism disposed about the main handle and rotatably moveable relative to the main handle. A first trigger wire is operatively connected to the first trigger wire actuation mechanism, the first trigger wire having a prosthesis capture condition and a prosthesis release condition. Movement of the first trigger wire actuation mechanism causes movement of the first trigger wire thereby moving the first trigger wire from the prosthesis capture condition to the prosthesis release condition. Additional trigger wire actuation mechanisms operatively connected to one or more additional trigger wires may also be disposed about the main handle.
