摘要: A composite hydrogel contains alginate hydrogel and acellular matrix hydrogel. The ingredients used to produce the acellular matrix hydrogel contains acellular matrix and transglutaminases (TGases). The alginate hydrogel contains salginate complex. The alginate hydrogel and acellular matrix hydrogel constitute a three-dimensional crosslinking structure. The TGases can catalyze isopeptide bonding between acellular matrixes, and thus forms acellular matrix hydrogel through crosslinking.

摘要: The application relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing a natural fiber based staple fibers. The application further relates to the staple fibers, staple fiber based raw wool and products comprising such. A method comprises providing a cellulose suspension (101, 310, 510) including water, refined cellulose fibrils and at least one rheology modifier, directing the cellulose suspension through a nozzle (102, 320, 520) onto a surface (300, 400, 500), drying the cellulose suspension onto the surface (103, 300, 400, 500) for forming a fiber (350, 550), and cutting the cellulose suspension on the surface for forming staple fibers (105).

摘要: The present invention is directed to hemostatic compositions comprising at least partially integrated agglomerated ORC fibers, fibrinogen, and thrombin and methods of forming a powdered hemostatic composition, comprising the steps of: forming a suspension of a mixture comprising particles of fibrinogen, thrombin, ORC fibers in a non-aqueous low boiling solvent, agitating and shearing said suspension in a high shear mixing reactor, adding water to allow particles to agglomerate, allowing the non-aqueous solvent to evaporate, drying and sieving the composition; and thus forming the powdered hemostatic composition.

摘要: Various compositions of matter, methods of making compositions of matter, and methods of using compositions of matter, e.g. for inducing hemostasis, are disclosed. In some embodiments, a starting fibrin material is subjected to controlled hydrolysis, desirably base-catalyzed, to prepare a fibrin hydrolysate material with increased water sorption capacity. Such fibrin hydrolysate materials, alone or combined with one or more additional substances, can be used in the preparation of hemostasis promoting foams, powders or gels. In some embodiments, a starting dialdehyde starch material is subjected to controlled hydrolysis to prepare a dialdehyde starch hydrolysate material. Such dialdehyde starch hydrolysate materials, alone or combined with one or more additional substances, in some cases combined with a fibrin hydrolysate material, can be used in the preparation of hemostasis promoting foams, powders or gels.

摘要: The present invention discloses a blood coagulation-promoting silk fibroin-polypeptide electrospun membrane and a preparation method thereof. The electrospun membrane is made by using silkworm silk fibroin as a carrier and adding the polypeptide GPRPPSEHLQIT. It is mainly used for promoting blood coagulation, and is a blood coagulation material that can targetedly bind to human fibrinogen. The preparation method includes the steps of dissolving, filtering, dialyzing, concentrating and freeze-drying silkworm cocoons after degumming to obtain silk fibroin freeze-dried powder. The polypeptide used in the present invention is a polypeptide obtained by self-screening. Compared with other polypeptides, it can specifically targetedly bind to human fibrinogen.

摘要: Methods for producing a fibrin matrix comprising a fusion peptide are described herein. In some embodiments, the method includes providing three different components, including a first component containing fibrinogen or a fibrinogen precursor and optionally, transglutaminase or a transglutaminase precursor, a second component containing thrombin or a thrombin precursor, and a third component containing a fusion peptide. In these embodiments, neither the first component nor the second component includes the fusion peptide. In some embodiments, the first or second components are premixed with the third component. The first, second and third components are mixed to form a fibrin matrix comprising a covalently linked fusion peptide. The mixing is carried out in a time frame of not more than 5 days. A kit for producing the fibrin matrix comprising a covalently linked fusion peptide is also described herein.
