摘要: The present invention discloses a vehicle-mounted large-flow fire-fighting foam fluid mixing system, including a supply kit, a mixing kit, a control kit, and a pipeline kit. The supply kit includes an auxiliary gas supply device, a fire pump, an integrated foam pump, a fire pump main motor, and a coupling. The mixing kit includes a fire monitor interface, a foam generating device, and a fluid mixing device. The control kit includes a foam mixing proportion single-chip microcomputer control system, an alarm module, a power module, an auxiliary air compressor switch module, a frequency converter, and a central control display screen. The pipeline kit includes an air drainage tube, a fire hose, a foam liquid pipe, and a pipeline valve. For the problems of flow fluctuation and low foam foaming efficiency, the present invention optimizes the design and adopts a new control policy, thereby implementing precise mixing under the large-flow condition.

摘要: An embodiment of a fire suppression apparatus for fighting fires from an aerial vehicle is disclosed having a foam and water held in separate containers that when mixed forms a fire retardant in the separate water container, a pump driven by a first electric motor, the pump including an air induction valve positioned at the pump inlet where air and the fire retardant are drawn into the inlet and pressurized simultaneously by the pump, a primer pump driven by a second electric motor to prime the inlet with the fire retardant before starting the pump, an inverter to control startup of the first electric motor, and an aimable boom connected to the pump by a conduit, the boom including a nozzle on a distal end of the boom from which the pressurized water/foam/air fire retardant is dispensed toward a target. Vertical mount plates can attach the apparatus to opposite sides of the helicopter.

摘要: A fire detection and suppression system operates in independent autonomous modes or under human command. Optical, thermal and laser based sensors detect fire conditions. Anemometers and thermometers detect environmental conditions, allowing the system to adjust the flow of fluid from the system to the targeted flame or condition. Algorithmic analysis of the input data in connection with such preselected thresholds permits rapid detection of fire conditions and in automatic modes triggers a suppression response. A feedback loop enhances adjusts for dynamic flame and environmental conditions.

摘要: An aqueous composition, which can be diluted with an aqueous diluent to provide a foam precursor composition, is provided. The foam precursor composition can be aerated to form a firefighting foam. The present aqueous firefighting compositions include a surfactant mixture containing a siloxane-based surfactant together with one or more of a nonionic surfactant, an anionic surfactant, and a zwitterionic surfactant. The aqueous firefighting compositions also include a polysaccharide thickener and an organic solvent, such as an alkylene glycol, glycerol and/or a glycol ether.

摘要: An apparatus and method directed to aspirated-type high-expansion foam generation having a nozzle manifold configured to receive a foam solution and at least one nozzle assembly. The generator includes a foam generator assembly disposed adjacent the nozzle manifold. The foam generator has a body portion having a first foam generating portion and a second foam generating portion that is connected to the first foam generating portion. The generator is configured with a main header of the nozzle manifold disposed orthogonal to at least one sub-header; less than six nozzle assemblies; a ratio of a diameter of an inlet of a respective nozzle to a distance from an inner wall surface of the header to the inlet of the respective nozzle is 0.8 or less; and a nozzle with a nozzle insert with a crossover path defined by a non-sharp transition member and a cone shaped tip.

摘要: The present invention discloses a foam material for fire prevention and extinguishing and a preparation method and a use thereof. The foam material for fire prevention and extinguishing comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of foaming agent, 2.5-3.5 parts of foam stabilizer, 10-16 parts of expandable graphite, and 100 parts of water. The foam material for fire prevention and extinguishing has a foaming multiple up to 15-30 times, a viscosity of only 700 mPa·s at a flow state, and the foam could be stable for more than 12 h. After being transported to an ignition point of the goaf via the mine grouting pipeline, the foam material for fire prevention and extinguishing can spread and pile in a large area in the goaf, and thus cover and plug the float coal at low and high places, with a piling height above 1.5 m.

摘要: A helipad fire suppression system includes a helipad having an outer boundary that defines an impervious deck area for at least one of landing or storing one or more helicopters, with at least a portion of the impervious deck area being designated a fire suppression target area. The system includes a nozzle assembly having a spray-type nozzle for spraying a fire suppression fluid in a radial pattern. The nozzle assembly can include a nozzle enclosure for enclosing the spray-type nozzle and can be configured for installation in a surface made of an impervious material. The nozzle assembly is disposed in an interior portion of the impervious deck area so as to provide the fire suppression fluid to the fire suppression target area.
