    Abstract: A free-motion swing arm includes a rack mount; a swivel joint; a hollow tubular arm; and a U bracket with a handle and a weight bearing post extending from opposite surfaces. The rack mount has a handle and mounts on an exercise rack. The swivel joint includes a bearing and a mounting plate, mounts on the rack mount, and rotates about a vertical axis. The arm is mounted to the mounting plate, rotates about a horizontal axis, and is reversibly lockable in multiple positions. The U bracket is mounted to the arm. The swing arm allow movement 180 degrees on both a vertical axis and horizontal axis and in between at the same time for free movement.

    Abstract: A weightlifting exercising system includes a frame having a pair of columns. A pair of lifting assemblies is provided and each of the columns has one of the lifting assemblies mounted thereon. The lifting assemblies each include a mount and an axle extending through the mount and rotational relative to the mount. A first arm is fixedly attached to the axle. A second arm is rotationally coupled to the axle. A lift angle is defined between the first and second arms and is alterable from 0° to 180°. A locking member releasably locks the second arm with respect to the axle such that the lift angle is releasably retained. One of the first and second arms has a handle attached thereto and the other of the first and second arms has a weight receiver attached thereto. One or more weight plates is removably positionable on the weight receiver.

    Abstract: A chest peak contractor preferably includes a platform, a pair of stanchions, a pair of vertically adjustable telescoping poles and a pair of armature hand assemblies.     Abstract: A multipurpose exercise device is provided. The device includes features which allow the device to exhibit self-stabilizing features. The device includes a weighted body characterized by at least three substantially-loop-shaped handles which have dimensions and arrangements that are effective to cooperatively urge the device into one of several predetermined self-stabilizing rest positions.
