摘要: A filter device has a filter housing (14) with a housing pot (12), which accommodates a replaceable filter element (16) and is closed by a removable lid part (32). The element material (20) of the filter element (16) separates an unfiltrate chamber (22) from a filtrate chamber (18, 43). A measurement sensing device (108) senses pressure values from at least one of the chambers (18, 22, 43), is disposed on a lid inner side (45) of the lid part (32), is at least partially guided in the lid part, and projects into the filter housing (14). At least parts of a measurement value evaluator (78) are connected to the measurement sensing device (108) and are disposed on the opposite lid outer side (42) facing the environment.

摘要: A dip tank and recycling system for applying antimicrobial solution to food items, including a dip tank having a bottom and sides, and holding a liquid antimicrobial solution. A conveyor to convey food items through the tank passes through the liquid antimicrobial solution held in the tank such that food items conveyed on the conveyor are dipped in the liquid antimicrobial solution. At least two discharge nozzles spray fresh antimicrobial solution into the tank. The discharge nozzles are located in the sides of the tank, and are positioned above the level of the conveyor but below an expected top level of the liquid antimicrobial solution contained within the tank such that food items conveyed on the conveyor are agitated by the force of the spray from the discharge nozzles. The spray from the discharge nozzles causes unstacking of items on the conveyor, producing an even application of the antimicrobial solution.

摘要: There is provided a filter for a diaphragm valve. The filter attaches to a diaphragm of the valve and filters fluid entering a control chamber in the valve. The filter includes internal structure that increases the path from where fluid enters the filter through a mesh of holes to a single exit flow path leading to the control chamber. This increased path reduces the potential for debris in the flow to clog the exit flow path from the filter.

摘要: A nutrient concentration and water recovery system includes a first suspended solids settling tank configured to receive a flow stream that includes a waste stream with a sludge stream. A first centrifugal pump is coupled to the first suspended solids settling tank. The first centrifugal pump having corrosion resistant wetted parts and variable speed drives to transfer or pressurize process flow streams. A first level transmitter coupled to the first centrifugal pump that provides output signals in response to a level of a process material within the first suspended solids settling tank. The first level transmitter is mounted in the first suspended solids settling tank. A first flow transmitter coupled to the first level transmitter is configured to measure a specific volume of material transferred out of the first suspended solids settling tank. A first pump is coupled to the first flow meter and configured to transfer a flush water that includes suspended solids and inorganics. A vibrating screen is coupled to the first pump. A process tank is coupled to the submersible pump. A sedimentation removal system and a removal device coupled to the sedimentation removal system are provided and configured to remove inorganizes out of a suspension.

摘要: A fluid filtration system includes a single use filter removably mounted to a cabinet of a workstation. The upstream end of the single use filter is in fluid communication with a pump via a fluid supply conduit that includes a test junction. An integrity test device is supported by the cabinet and is in fluid communication with the upstream end of the single use filter via a test conduit fluidly connected to the single use filter via the test junction of the fluid supply conduit. The integrity test device adapted to be connected to a source of pressurized gas and to selectively direct a flow of pressurized gas through the test conduit and the single use filter to perform a test operation on the single use filter.
