摘要: A method and associated system for producing refined hydrocarbons from waste plastics. The method and associated system provide for pretreating waste plastics; a producing a pyrolysis gas by introducing the waste plastics pretreated in the pretreatment process into a pyrolysis reactor; producing in a lightening process a pyrolysis oil by introducing the pyrolysis gas into a hot filter; dehydrating a first mixed solution, obtained by mixing the produced pyrolysis oil with washing water and a demulsifier, by applying a voltage to the first mixed solution; hydrotreating a second mixed solution obtained by mixing the dehydrated first mixed solution with a sulfur source to produce a refined pyrolysis oil from which impurities are removed; and coking the refined pyrolysis oil, wherein a liquid condensed in the hot filter is re-introduced into the pyrolysis reactor.

The method and system provide for: pretreating waste plastics; producing pyrolysis gas by introducing the waste plastics pretreated in the pretreatment process into a pyrolysis reactor; producing in a lightening process pyrolysis oil by introducing the pyrolysis gas into a hot filter; and a coking process of coking the pyrolysis oil, wherein a liquid condensed in the hot filter is re-introduced into the pyrolysis reactor. The system produces refined hydrocarbons from the waste plastics.

摘要: A method of filtering a main fluid using a rotary fluid filter. A 360 degree filtration cycle is initiated by receiving, at an initial position, a first portion of a main fluid at a front end of a first fluid flow passage extending through a filter body rotationally mounted within a housing. The filter body is rotated in a rotation direction and the first portion of the main fluid is discharged from a rear end of the first fluid flow passage, having passed through a filter received in the first fluid flow passage. The filter body is rotated further in the rotation direction and a first portion of a backwash fluid is received through the first fluid flow passage from the rear end to the front end. The rotational cycle is completed by rotating the filter body back to the initial position.

摘要: An air filter assembly 10 is disclosed. The assembly includes a filter frame 60 including at least one of a sigma ‘Σ’ convex shape and a V-convex shape and configured to accommodate at least two frames, using frame on frame design, to achieve maximum surface area, minimum air pressure drop, minimum filter rack material and save installation space. The filter frame includes at least three stage filter media 30 including a pre-filter 40 configured to filter coarse dust particles of a predefined size. The at least three stage filter media include a carbon filter 50 configured to eliminate formaldehyde, odors and volatile organic compounds in the air and improve air quality suitable for breathing. The at least three stage filter media include a fine filter 60 configured to remove bacteria, pollen, fine dust and aerosol of predetermined size from the air. The assembly includes a filter rack 70 configured to accommodate a predefined number of filter frames to overcome expected deflection of the at least three stage filter media.

摘要: A lightweight modified filter material, a preparation method therefor and use thereof, the lightweight modified filter material being prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 75-100 parts of waste glass, 5-20 parts of a metal oxide modifier and 1-10 parts of a foamer. The lightweight modified filter material has the advantages of being lightweight, having large specific surface area, a high isoelectric point, porosity and the like, increasing the isoelectric point and service life of the filter material. The added metal oxide can be combined with SiO2 in the glass to form Si—O-Me (Me metal ions) and enter the glass network.

摘要: The present invention relates to a water filter comprising: a water filter cartridge including a water filter cartridge body, a water filter cartridge outlet cap having a water filter cartridge outlet, and a water filter cartridge sealing cap. The water filter cartridge body in a hollow cylinder form with a central hollow space, one end of the water filter cartridge body is coupled with the water filter cartridge outlet cap so that communicating with the water filter cartridge outlet, and the another end of the water filter cartridge body is coupled with the water filter cartridge sealing cap. The water filter cartridge outlet in a hollow cylinder form protruding from one surface of the water filter cartridge outlet cap. The filter container for containing the water filter cartridge therein, wherein the filter container including a filter container body, a filter container cap, a filter container inlet, and a filter container outlet, wherein the filter container inlet and the filter container outlet arranged at a filter container body bottom. The filter container body having a filter container outlet cylinder hole provided at the filter container body bottom for receiving the water filter cartridge outlet, so that when water flows into the filter container through the filter container inlet will surround the water filter cartridge and flows through the water filter cartridge body into the central hollow space of the water filter cartridge body, and flows to the filter container outlet through the water filter cartridge outlet. The filter container body having ribs provided at an inner surface of the filter container body bottom to reinforce for the filter container body bottom and providing gaps placed between the inner surface of the filter container body bottom and the outer surface of the water filter cartridge outlet cap, so that replacements or miscellaneous uses of the water filter cartridges become impossible.
