    Abstract: A dispenser head for in-line mixing and dispensing of beverages, which may be carbonated or nitrogenated. The dispenser head comprising a pump, a dilution mechanism, an additive mechanism, and outlet nozzle and optionally a regulation system. In use, the pump can pump concentrate liquid for the liquid product from a concentrate source to the dilution mechanism; the dilution mechanism can receive diluent liquid suitable for the liquid product from a diluent source, operable to mix the diluent liquid and the concentrate liquid and provide diluted concentrate liquid; and the additive mechanism can receive additive fluid for the liquid product from an additive source, to combine the diluted concentrate liquid and the additive fluid. The regulation system comprises a pump regulator means for regulating the quantity of concentrate liquid pumped into the dilution mechanism within the dispense period; a diluent quantity regulator means for regulating the flow of diluent liquid into the dilution mechanism; and an additive quantity regulator means for regulating the flow of additive fluid into the additive mechanism. Preferably, the dispenser head is a unitary device, which may be supplied attached to a vessel containing the concentrate.

    Abstract: A closure mechanism for a wine storage container having two fluid channels provides a compressive structure to apply a compressive force to a delayed valve actuation mechanism having an actuation plate, a support plate, and a valve plate. The actuation plate may be partially rotated before beginning to open or close the fluid openings. The first fluid channel permits wine to flow from the lower portion of the storage container, through an aerator, and through a valve cap assembly. The second fluid channel permits air to flow into the valve cap assembly to the aerator, and to vent the container. The valve cap assembly includes a decorative cap with a liquid outlet port positioned 180 degrees from a vent inlet port. In a fully open orientation, the liquid outlet port is positioned over the first fluid channel, and the vent inlet port is positioned over the second fluid channel.

    Abstract: A soda carbonation and dispensation system and method are provided. The system includes a carbonated water pump and motor assembly operable to draw fresh water into carbonator tanks and circulate the water through a chiller system. A carbon dioxide source is connected to the carbonator tanks to produce carbonated water. The system also includes a water level sensor connected to a controller, a plurality of syrup containers, a syrup pump, syrup regulator valves, a brix capacitor, a dispensing tower and faucets connected to the dispensing tower housing. The controller operates the water pump and motor assembly to maintain a water level within a predetermined range and to maintain continuous flow and refrigeration of the carbonated water, which optimizes carbonation. The brix capacitor receives chilled carbonated water and chilled syrup in separate lines. Carbonated water is circulated to the faucets through a manifold in the brix capacitor and then circulated back into the carbonator tanks. Valves are provided in the brix capacitor to manipulate carbonated water and syrup flow rates and pressures into the faucets. The system maintains the carbonated water and syrup at a refrigerated temperature and a predetermined maximum pressure. When a faucet is opened, the carbonated water and syrup mix as they flow laminarly into a container. The result is consistently optimum carbonation when the beverage is dispensed.

    Abstract: A wine decanter includes a control circuit board; and a water pump, an air pump, a power supply and a switch electronically connected with the control circuit board respectively. An inlet end of the water pump is connected to one end of a first connecting pipe, an outlet end of the water pump is connected to one end of a second connecting pipe; an outlet end of the air pump is connected to one end of the gas pipe, and the other end of the gas pipe is connected to any position of the liquid flow path which includes the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe; the red wine drawn by the water pump is mixed with air injected by the air pump in the liquid flow path for decanting.
