摘要: The invention relates to a generator and its operation and use for generating toroidal and spatial vortices in a liquid. It comprises a rotationally symmetrical stator housing with an inlet opening and an eccentric outlet opening. It further comprises a rotor rotatably arranged in the stator housing with radially outwardly extending channels in constant fluid connection to the inlet opening. The rotor comprises a rotor disc, radially outside of the rotor with a side surface with inner notches in fluid connection to the rotor channels. The stator housing comprises a stator disc comprising a side surface with stator notches. When these notches face each other due to rotation of the rotor disc, a periodical liquid flow from the inner notches to the stator notches is formed and toroidal vortices are generated in the portioned liquid by shear stress as the portions of liquid move back and forth in the notches.

摘要: A cavitation reactor that may be obtained from a centrifugal pump is described. The reactor comprises a stator and a rotor having at least one centrifugal stage accommodated in a chamber of the stator. Two walls of the centrifugal stage define a gap therebetween, which is divided into compartments in fluid communication with the chamber of the stator at the peripheral portion of the centrifugal stage. The wall of the centrifugal stage that is next to the inlet opening of the chamber of the stator is closed at the central portion of the centrifugal stage, to thereby prevent the flow of fluid from the inlet opening to the peripheral portion of the centrifugal stage through the gap.

摘要: [Abstract] A production apparatus for a liquid containing gas bubbles according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a casing and a shearing mechanism unit. The casing includes an inlet, into which a liquid with a gas injected therein flows, and an outlet. The shearing mechanism unit is provided between the inlet and the outlet and applies shearing force to a liquid flowing to the outlet from the inlet. The shearing mechanism unit includes a rotor, a rotation applying unit, and a facing member. The rotor includes a rotary shaft and a tube portion having an outer peripheral portion including a first structure surface in which a plurality of recess portions is formed, and is rotatably disposed inside the casing. The rotation applying unit is provided in the rotary shaft and applies rotating force around the rotary shaft to the rotor. The facing member has an inner peripheral portion that faces the first structure surface via a predetermined clearance and is provided in an inner wall portion of the casing.

摘要: A cavitator to be used in a gas generator. The cavitator is provided with a cavitator inlet and a cavitator outlet having one or several cavitator channels having a cavitator channel inlet and a cavitator channel outlet. The cavitator channel or channels are further provided with cavitation inducing means, e.g. flow guiding or restricting means, wave shaped channel walls, protrusions and widenings, surface irregularities such as cavitation generating indentations or a combination thereof, for inducing a differentiated pressure within a liquid flowing through the cavitators. The cavitator further having an outer cavitator stator and an inner cavitator rotor arranged to rotate by a liquid flow through the cavitator. The rotation of the inner cavitator rotor will induce a differentiated pressure within the liquid in the cavitator promoting cavitation in the liquid flowing through the cavitator channels. A gas generator including such a cavitator as described herein is also disclosed.
