摘要: Methods of producing metal catalysts can include mixing two or more metal salts and an aluminum salt in water to produce a metal catalyst precursor solution having a pH of about 2.5 to about 4.0; mixing the metal catalyst precursor solution and a basic solution having a pH of about 10 to about 13 to produce a mixture with a pH of about 6 to about 7 and a precipitate; producing a powder from the precipitate; and calcining the powder to produce a metal catalyst. Such metal catalysts may be useful in producing bifunctional catalyst systems that are useful in, among other things, converting syngas to dimethyl ether in a single reactor.

摘要: A method of producing a acid/metal bifunctional catalyst may include: mixing an acid catalyst, a metal catalyst, and a fluid to produce a slurry, wherein the acid catalyst is present at 50 wt % or less relative to a total catalyst weight in the slurry; heating the slurry; producing a powder from the slurry; and calcining the powder to produce the acid/metal bifunctional catalyst. Such acid/metal bifunctional catalyst would be useful in the direct conversion of syngas to dimethyl ether as well as other reactions.

摘要: The present invention discloses a nickel/titanium oxide-silicon oxide catalyst for synthesizing terpinene-4-ol as well as a preparation method and method of synthesizing terpinene-4-ol using the same. The preparation method includes the steps of catalyst preparation, terpinene-4-ol synthesis and the like are disclosed in the present invention. The preparation method includes the following steps: firstly, preparing a mixed colloid of TiO2 and SiO2 by using a sol-gel method, and then centrifuging, washing, drying and roasting is performed to prepare a TiO2—SiO2 binary oxide; then, preparing Ni/TiO2-SiO2 by dipping in a nickel nitrate solution, and preparing a supported catalyst by drying and roasting; and finally, adopting a terpinolene-4, 8-epoxide a raw material, carrying out isomerization under the dual catalytic action of TiO2-SiO2 and Ni of the supported catalyst, and carrying out hydrogenation to prepare terpinene-4-ol. The preparation method can combine isomerization and hydrogenation reaction on the same catalyst, has good selectivity on terpinene-4-ol, and is simple to operate and high in product yield.

摘要: Disclosed are a catalyst for preparing hydrocarbons from carbon dioxide by one-step hydrogenation and a method for preparing same. The catalyst includes nano-metal oxides and hierarchical zeolites, where the mass fraction of the nano-metal oxides in the catalyst is 10%-90%, and the mass fraction of the hierarchical zeolites in the catalyst is 10%-90%. The catalyst has excellent catalytic performance, good reaction stability and high selectivity for desired products, and in the hydrocarbons, C2=-C4= reach up to 80%, C5+ reach up to 80%, and aromatics reach up to 65%.

The processes can include contacting a first stream containing methane with an oxidant and oxidizing at least a portion of the methane under conditions suitable to produce a second stream containing carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H2), contacting the second stream with a CO hydrogenation catalyst under conditions suitable to produce a third stream containing methanol and ethanol, obtaining a fourth stream containing the ethanol and a fifth stream containing the methanol from the third stream, and contacting the fourth stream with an ethanol dehydration catalyst under conditions suitable to dehydrate at least a portion of the ethanol and produce a products stream containing ethylene.
