摘要: Methods for preparing and compositions including untreated and surface-treated alkaline earth metal carbonate particulates are described. For example, a method for processing alkaline earth metal carbonate may include introducing alkaline earth metal carbonate into a stirred media mill, and dry grinding the alkaline earth metal carbonate in the stirred media mill to produce an untreated alkaline earth metal carbonate particulate having certain characteristics. In some examples, the method may include introducing carboxylic acid and/or carboxylic acid salt into the stirred media mill, and dry grinding the alkaline earth metal carbonate and the carboxylic acid and/or carboxylic acid salt in an integrated dry grinding and surface-treating process in the stirred media mill to produce a surface-treated alkaline earth metal carbonate particulate. In some examples, heating may be added during the dry grinding process.

摘要: The present invention discloses a same-cavity integrated vertical high-speed multistage superfine pulverizing device and method for walnut shells. The same-cavity integrated vertical high-speed multistage superfine pulverizing device for walnut shells includes a double-channel sliding type feeding device and a same-cavity integrated vertical pulverizing device. The same-cavity integrated vertical pulverizing device includes a material lifting disc and a same-cavity integrated vertical pulverizing barrel. A first-stage coarse crushing region, a second-stage fine crushing region, a third-stage pneumatic impact micro pulverizing region and a fourth-stage airflow mill superfine pulverizing region are disposed in the same-cavity integrated vertical pulverizing barrel. Walnut shells falling through the double-channel sliding type feeding device are uniformly lifted by the material lifting disc to a wedge-shaped gap of the first-stage coarse crushing region to be coarsely crushed, and coarsely crushed materials are finely crushed by the second-stage fine crushing region through a two-stage wedge-shaped direct-through gradually reducing gap. The third-stage pneumatic impact micro pulverizing region performs high-speed collision on finely crushed walnut shell particles, and walnut shell fine particles are carried by a high-speed airflow and are collided and violently rubbed to be pulverized. The microparticle grading is realized by the fourth-stage airflow mill superfine pulverizing region by using arc-shaped blades, and microparticles conforming to a particle size condition are attracted out through negative pressure attraction.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a system and method for converting metal-containing waste wood material into livestock bedding having a reduced metal content. Waste wood, such as used or broken pallets is placed in a hammermill having a screen with holes of a larger diameter. The output of that hammermill is then placed in a hammermill having a screen with holes of a smaller diameter. A crossbelt system of magnets is passed across the waste wood to remove nails and other metal contaminates from the waste wood to produce a low metal content livestock bedding having particles of a consistent size.

摘要: A method of obtaining cullet from a solar module unit is disclosed. The method involves providing a solar module unit in which a detectable tagging material has been applied onto an exposed outer surface of a glass substrate of the solar module unit over one or more electrically conductive contact strips located beneath and visible through the glass substrate. Thereafter, the solar module unit is crushed into assorted module pieces. The assorted module pieces are then sorted by detecting module pieces that include the detectable tagging material and separating the assorted module pieces into a collection of accepted module pieces and a collection of rejected module pieces. The collection of accepted module pieces has module pieces determined not to include the detectable tagging material. Recycled glass is then obtained from the collection of accepted module pieces.

The foundry dust compound reinforcing filler used for reinforcing natural rubber is easy to disperse in natural rubber. The compound reinforcing filler has excellent reinforcing effect, which realizes the resource utilization of casting dust waste and reduces the consumption of silica and carbon black.
