摘要: A pulverizing dry-washer includes a frame, an upper feeder, a bi-directional pulverizing box, a recovery unit, and a counterweight fan assembly. The upper feeder is angularly attached to an upper end of the frame so that the ore can be screened and discharged into the bi-directional pulverizing box that is positioned below the upper feeder. The bi-directional pulverizing box is mounted onto the recovery unit to further to screen the ore that receives from the upper feeder. A riffle board within the recovery unit is then able to trap precious metal while clay/sedimentary material are discharged through the end of the recovery unit. The counterweight fan assembly is mounted within the recovery unit. An air flow is introduced into the recovery unit via the counterweight fan assembly so that the recovery unit and the bi-directional pulverizing box can be vibrated to separate the precious metal from clay/sedimentary material.

摘要: A method of valuation of raw fines materials, comprising selectively screening, biotreatment or composting of raw fines materials or selection as fillers in composites. The method comprises screening the raw fines materials to Grade 1 comprising fines materials of a size of at most about 5 mm and Grade 2 comprising fines materials of a size larger than about 5 mm; and at least one of: A) bio-oxydating organic contaminants of the Grade 1; by adding and mixing organic amendment under controlled temperature, nutrients content and water content conditions and monitoring a content of organic contaminants until the content of organic contaminants stops decreasing; and B) composting the Grade 1; by adding and mixing organic amendment under controlled temperature, nutrients content and water content conditions, and monitoring pathogens content and respiration rate; and stopping the addition of organic amendment upon detection of absence of pathogens at a predetermined respiration rate.

摘要: A spiral chute for mineral processing, comprising a spiral chute body (10) supported to be vertical. A radial cross-sectional profile curve of the chute body gradually rises from the inside of the chute body to the outside of the chute body. The radial cross-sectional profile curve of the chute body is a compound curve (100). The compound curve comprises a first curve segment (110) and a second curve segment (120) sequentially arranged from the inside of the chute body to the outside of the chute body. The tail end of the first curve segment and the head end of the second curve segment are connected to a first connection point (130). The included angle between the curve tangent of the head end of the second curve segment and the horizontal plane is smaller than that between the curve tangent of the tail end of the first curve segment and the horizontal plane. The spiral chute for mineral processing can not only outwardly expand and thin a high dune wall to improve the looseness of mineral particles, but also increase the handling capacity per hour, so that the mineral processing efficiency and effect are better.

摘要: Apparatus and method for recovering precious metals from contaminated cement, comprising, in order of process, a crusher, in which a cement-metal conglomerate is placed, a sieve, a dispenser, a first container, suitable for collecting the metal on the bottom through the action of a magnetic stirrer, an expander, a second container, a drainage tank, and a sieve. The present invention relates in particular to the recovery of precious metal from the batch of cement contaminated by precious metals, such as platinum, rhodium, gold, or silver. In the production of glass fibers for reinforcement, dies made of an alloy of precious metals, in particular platinum and rhodium, are used. These dies are supported by a special cement structure. During the months of production life of the die, part of the precious metal diffuses into the cement on account of the high temperatures. Given the value of the metals, it is economically advantageous to recover them from the supporting cement at each change of the die.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for preparing iron ore concentrates by recycling copper smelting slag tailings, and belongs to the technical field of metallurgy and tailings recycling. In the present invention, copper slag tailings obtained after copper pyrometallurgy and flotation and water are used as raw materials, and low-concentration sulfur dioxide flue gas is used as a leaching agent for leaching of metals such as iron, zinc, copper, arsenic, and silicon in the slag tailings; the leachate is purified step by step through processes such as replacement by metal iron powder and sulfide precipitation control, to separate zinc, copper, arsenic, etc.; a purified solution is mainly composed of FeSO4 or can be used for producing a ferric salt flocculant; obtained tailings are used to obtain iron ore concentrates through magnetic separation, and the obtained iron ore concentrates can be used for further producing ultra-pure iron ore concentrates.
