manufacturing a container for the fluid, said container comprising a form-retaining outer container and a flexible inner container connected therewith;
manufacturing a dispensing device comprising a housing and/or a frame; and
assembling the container and the dispensing device; wherein at least a part of the dispensing device housing and/or frame is integrally formed with the container, and wherein assembling the container and the dispensing device comprises mounting a non-integrated part of the dispensing device in the part of the dispensing device housing and/or frame which is integrally formed with the container.-

The liquid material is accessed for dispensing through the dip tube without contaminating the reusable bottle.

摘要: A bladder-type dispensing pump (100) comprises a push nozzle (110) and a container cap (120), said nozzle (110) and cap (120) being interconnected. The push nozzle (110) is provided with a bladder portion (111). The bladder portion (111) is able to deform such that the volume of the internal cavity thereof may change. The bladder-type dispensing pump (100) is further provided with an elastic return mechanism. A portion of the elastic return mechanism is connected to or in contact with the bladder portion (111). When the bladder portion (111) is depressed so as to deform, the elastic return mechanism deforms with it, and when pressure acting on the bladder portion (111) is removed, the elastic return mechanism returns to its non-deformed state, causing the bladder portion (111) to reset.

摘要: An atomizing nozzle structured particularly for nasal therapy. Preferred embodiments include a 2-piece atomizing nozzle structured to couple with luer-locking structure carried by a syringe. Such an atomizing nozzle includes a nasal stopper and a stem. A preferred nasal stopper includes a distal tip sized for insertion into a nostril of a human child, with a proximal shield portion being structured to resist over-insertion of a discharge orifice into the nostril. A nasal stopper desirably provides a centering function to urge the discharge orifice away from a nasal wall. One operable stem is structured to couple with the stopper and desirably carries unitary thread structure at a proximal end. A second operable stem is structured as a unitary part of the nasal stopper and also desirably carries unitary thread structure at a proximal end. Certain embodiments may also include spacer structure configured to reduce a dead volume inside the atomizing nozzle. Other embodiments may also include spacer structure configured to reduce dead volume inside a syringe that is coupled to the atomizing nozzle.
