Abstract: A spray disk includes multiple nozzles at an outer perimeter of the spray disk, a center hole, and multiple partitions. The partitions are arranged around the center hole and have the center hole as an inner perimeter. Each partition includes an air inlet to receive compressed air, a liquid tank to store a liquid, and a corresponding nozzle from which to spray the liquid with the compressed air. The spray disk can be used in an automatic makeup machine.

Abstract: A cosmetic treatment method includes: spraying, toward skin or hair: an atomized medicinal agent in which a medicinal agent containing a predetermined active ingredient is atomized; and fine water that is uncharged and has a particle size of less than or equal to 50 nanometers. Therefore, the sprayed fine water enters the skin or hair to contribute to maintenance of moisturization, and at the same time, forms a route through which the active ingredient permeates, thereby promoting the permeation of the active ingredient; therefore, the permeability of the active ingredient can be more appropriately improved.

Abstract: A chemical mechanical polishing system includes a first polishing station including a first platen to support a first polishing pad, a transfer station to receive a substrate from a robot, a carrier head movable on a predetermined path from the polishing station to the transfer station, a gas flow regulator having an input for a carrier gas, a liquid flow regulator having an input for a cleaning liquid, and a fluid jet cleaner at a position along the predetermined path. The fluid jet cleaner includes an atomizer nozzle including an input port coupled to the gas flow regulator, an injection port coupled to the liquid flow regulator, and an output port positioned to spray the cleaning liquid entrained in the carrier gas onto the substrate held by the carrier head when the carrier head is located above the fluid jet cleaner.

The computer module can be configured to control functions of the robotic applicator.
