摘要: A corner fitting includes a sleeve body having a hollow inner space and configured to coaxially fit over a pipe member of a predetermined size. An edge of the sleeve body at a second distal end has a corner cut portion, a protruding tab, and two recesses, the protruding tab being diametrically opposed to the corner cut portion in the radial direction of the sleeve body, and the recesses being diametrically opposed to each other in the radial direction of the sleeve body. The corner cut portion is configured and shaped such that the sleeve body fits together with an identical sleeve body on the pipe member of the predetermined size with the corner cut portions of the two sleeve bodies contacting each other and with the pipe being nested between the protruding tabs of the second distal ends of the two sleeve bodies.

摘要: A method of making a weld connection for a fluid line, in particular for the transport of liquid hydrogen by: (a) providing a first fastener connected to a first fluid line and a second fastener connected to a second fluid line; (b) positioning the fasteners so that they face each other; (c) providing a sealing element between the first fastener and the first fastener so that it encloses an inner piping provided within the fasteners when they are connected; (d) pressing the first fastener and the second fastener against each other so that the sealing element is pressed between the fasteners and seals the enclosed inner piping; and (e) welding the first fastener to the second fastener, whereby a continuous weld connection is created which completely surrounds the sealing element and the enclosed inner piping.

摘要: The disclosed apparatus, systems and methods relate to the design principles for forming a welded joint between two sections of tubing or pipe. The material at the end portion of a first section of tubing to is folded inwardly to create a support surface. This support surface improves the ability to weld light gage material with traditional arc welding and it creates conditions to allow brazing to be as strong as traditional arc welding by using A shaped piece of filler material which is located at the intersection between the support surface of the first section of tubing and a side wall section of the second section of tubing. While holding together the first and second sections of tubing with the filler material, heat is applied at the intersection at a temperature and for a duration sufficient to melt the filler material and form the 3t joint.

摘要: A manufacturing method of a wavelength conversion assembly is provided. The method includes steps of: arranging a first element on a first portion of a substrate; forming a first welding structure between the first portion of the substrate and the first element, wherein the first welding structure partially connects the first portion and the first element as a whole; and arranging a wavelength conversion layer on a second portion of the substrate, wherein the second portion of the substrate surrounds the first portion of the substrate. The first welding structure may withstand high temperatures. In this way, the first welding structure may not pollute other elements in a high temperature and high humidity environment, and service life of the wavelength conversion assembly is thereby increased.

摘要: A method for producing a steel underwater pipe for carrying a corrosive fluid, includes the successive steps: applying a layer of corrosion-resistant steel alloy on a terminal part of the internal wall of each pipe element from its end to be welded; the application of a plastic coating, on the internal wall of each pipe element; covering only a first part of the layer of metal alloy, a terminal part of the layer of metal ally on the side of the end to be welded of each pipe element not being covered by the plastic coating; the coaxial insertion and the crimping of a compression ring against the terminal part of the plastic coating; and the assembly by welding directly together the ends of two pipe elements by a corrosion-resistant steel alloy weld.
