摘要: An assembly method for a deep in-situ high-fidelity coring calibration platform includes the following steps: S1: fixing a core bin assembly subsystem on a preset ground foundation and fixing a simulator of a core bin on a mounting base plate of the core bin assembly subsystem; S2: driving a cylinder and driving the mounting base plate to move to a preset position; S3: driving a servo motor and controlling two clips to move close to each other; S4: fixing a drill pipe bin assembly subsystem on the ground foundation; S5: assembling multiple sections of a drill pipe bin in turn; aligning and connecting a bottom of the drill pipe bin to the simulator, and aligning and communicating the top of the drill pipe bin with the lower part of an adaptive drill pipe guide structure; and S6: driving the adaptive drill pipe guide structure to perform accurate positioning.

摘要: A tool assembly for disassembling a crankshaft assembly with a main shaft received within a hollow extension shaft along a shaft axis and coupled thereto via an interference fit, the extension shaft having a fastener slot. The tool assembly includes a main tool body having a central bore, a main tool body inner surface circumscribing the central bore, and a main tool body outer surface having a fastener bore, the central bore dimensioned for axially receiving the extension shaft, with the fastener bore axially aligned with the extension shaft fastener slot. A fastener is concurrently fastenable to the main tool body via the fastener bore and the hollow extension shaft via the fastener slot. An actuator assembly with a linearly-displacing actuating element is coupled to the main tool body and applies a force, via the actuating element, against an end of the main shaft in a direction along the axis.

摘要: A spring carrier for receiving, retaining, and discharging of a coil spring in a manufacturing process includes an elongate hollow body defining an inner cavity to receive the coil spring and an opening at a first proximal end of the hollow body for the insertion of the coil spring into the inner cavity and extraction of the coil spring from the inner cavity. 摘要: A method of providing a deformable shim that comprises a main structure of an at least partly cellular region. The main structure is compressible by plastic deformation from an initial volume to a deformed volume, wherein the deformed volume is smaller than the initial volume. In a deformed state, the main structure maintains the deformed volume without further or continuing compression force. Further, the main structure is arrangeable between a first aircraft component and a second aircraft component to create a predefined distance between the first and the second aircraft component.

摘要: A mobile pipe fusion assembly system includes a fusion machine skid comprising a flat cross-sectional area whereon a pipe fusion machine rests, a forward skid comprising a flat cross-sectional area whereon a first pipe stand rests, and a rear skid comprising a flat cross-sectional area whereon a second pipe stand rests. The fusion machine skid is coupled to the forward skid by a first coupling. The fusion machine skid is coupled to the rear skid by a second coupling. The system is configured such that when the forward skid is pulled along a length of the pipe, the forward skid pulls the fusion machine skid via the first coupling and the fusion machine skid pulls the rear skid via the second coupling.

摘要: An assembly and joining table, such as with weld splatter protection features, are disclosed along with systems and methods for operating the same in at least partially automated fashion. The table includes holders positioned about platform providing a work surface. Parts are placed within at least certain of the holders for joining to create an assembly. The holders include conductive surfaces and may include a sinuous recessed channels for wiring connecting the conductive surfaces to an electrical ground. A controller may operate motors of the table and command operations of robots for material handling and/or joining, such as based on data from a machine vision system viewing the table.

摘要: A vehicle disassembly system for disassembling a vehicle by moving the vehicle through a plurality of discrete workstations specifically adapted for select de-pollution and dismantling procedures encountered during the end-of-life vehicle recycling process. A vehicle disassembly system exemplifying the principles of the present invention may comprise a primary de-pollution and disassembly line and an engine disassembly line. The primary de-pollution and disassembly line may include one or more de-pollution stations, one or more intermediate, part removal stations, and a conveyor apparatus for transmitting the end-of-life vehicle from the de-pollution stations to the part removal stations. The engine disassembly line may include an overhead track support frame, a trolley assembly, one or more height adjustable loading tables, one or more height adjustable work tables, and one or more height adjustable un-loading tables. The vehicle disassembly system may also comprise an engine cleaning apparatus positioned proximate to the height adjustable un-loading tables of the engine disassembly line.
