A cutting tool mechanism 11 for providing a cutting, abrading or grinding action is disclosed. The mechanism 11 has an inner circular part 17 having teeth 19 extending radially outwardly, a surrounding circular part 25 having inner teeth 27 extending radially inwardly. The circular parts 17 and 25 co-operate by engagement their teeth 19 and 27. Rotation of one circular part causes the other to move constrained by the engagement of the teeth in an orbital, oscillatory or impact motion. An input coupling 81 is provided for transmission of rotary motion, and an output coupling 37 is provided to transmit said orbital, oscillatory or impact motion to a blade 13. In further embodiments, the surrounding circular part 25 can be provided with outwardly extending teeth and surrounded by a further outer circular part with inwardly extending teeth, to cooperate with the outwardly extending teeth, to provide more complex orbital, oscillatory or impact motion.

The post driver with limited movement floating post anvil does not rely heavily upon the skill of the operator to efficiently drive posts. The post anvil is allowed to move up and down in relation to the driver, but its movement is limited by both lower and upper fixed barriers. Since the movement is limited, the operator can position the driver upon the post allowing the full weight of the driver framework/carrier machine to rest upon the post. The post would push the floating post anvil upward only to the point at which the upper fixed barrier prevents further upward movement of the floating post anvil. Thus, once the floating post anvil abuts the upper fixed barrier, substantially the entire weight of the post driver is resting on the post.

The two-sided hammerhead provides greater positional stability that reduces the necessity to reposition the tool. A two-sided hammerhead is attached to one end a guide rod, while a guide case with handles is encased over the guide rod. A striking base is attached to the guide rod near the end opposite to the hammerhead. The hammerhead is then positioned behind the burglar bars. The case is then moved forcefully over the guide rod, towards the striking the base. This repeated action of striking the base will then defeat the bolts, welds, locks, and bars through leverage and mechanical advantage.
