摘要: The disclosure provides an electric energy storage device which includes four energy units with a substantially same voltage value. Each energy unit is provided with a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The electric energy storage device comprises a socket with eight independently arranged electrode terminals that are connected with the four energy units. The disclosure also provides an electric tool system using the electric energy storage device. The electric tool is provided with plugs that may be connected with the four energy units in different states, allowing the electric energy storage device to output multiple voltages.

摘要: The present invention relates to an electric motor and an electric tool equipped with the electric motor. The electric motor includes a rotor, a stator, a coil module wound around the stator, a Hall unit and a wiring circuit unit. The Hall unit includes a Hall circuit board disposed around a rotating shaft of the rotor, and a Hall module for sensing rotation of the rotor. The wiring circuit unit is independent of the Hall circuit board and includes a three-phase power source interface. The wiring circuit unit electrically connects coils of the coil module to the power source interfaces respectively by groups. By separately disposing the Hall unit and the wiring circuit unit independently, a volume of the Hall circuit board can be reduced, and an area blocking an airflow path of a heat dissipation unit can be reduced, so heat dissipation effect of the electric motor and the electric tool can be improved.

摘要: Kickback control methods for power tools. One power tool includes a movement sensor configured to measure an angular velocity of the housing of the power tool about the rotational axis. The power tool includes an electronic processor coupled to the switching network and the movement sensor and configured to implement kickback control of the power tool. To implement the kickback control, the electronic processor is configured to control the switching network to drive the brushless DC motor, receive measurements of the angular velocity of the housing of the power tool from the movement sensor, determine that a plurality of the measurements of the angular velocity of the housing of the power tool exceed a rotation speed threshold, and control the switching network to cease driving of the brushless DC motor in response to determining that the plurality of the measurements of the angular velocity exceed the rotation speed threshold.

The power-transmitting mechanism includes a sun member, a ring member, a carrier member and a planetary roller. 摘要: An apparatus for calibrating a rotational tool includes a communications interface configured to establish a wireless communications link between a rotational tool and a calibrator to communicate one of a tool torque measurement or a calibrator torque measurement via the communications link. The apparatus may further include calibration processing circuitry configured to receive the tool torque measurement measured by a tool torque sensor, and receive the calibrator torque measurement measured by a calibrator torque sensor. The calibration processing circuitry may also be configured to compare the tool torque measurement to the calibrator torque measurement to determine a difference value, aggregate the difference value with previously determined difference values to determine an updated torque calibration factor, and cause a torque calibration factor associated with a torque sensor of the rotational tool to be automatically replaced with the updated torque calibration factor in the memory of the rotational tool.
