    摘要: Method of manufacturing a substrate with a cut thermal film comprises obtaining an input digital image of a design to be transferred to the substrate; storing the input image in memory; rendering design elements of the design as a single output image; based upon a bleed size value, a maximum number of negative areas, a maximum number of positive areas, and attribute values: resizing the image to include a border for bleed; filling transparent areas of the image with the substrate attribute values; creating a cutting path; creating a mask image; inverting the mask image; modifying the mask image to adjust fill areas around details, to limit negative areas to be less than the maximum number of negative areas, and to limit positive areas to be less than the maximum number of positive areas; creating cutting path data in memory as a vector path outlining the mask image.

Systems, methods, and devices for performing quality control inspections of such perforations contemplated. A pipe may be oriented vertically and raised over a device that punches perforations into the pipe from the inside of the pipe toward the outside of the pipe. Various supports may contact the pipe for stabilization and to facilitate the formation of perforations without removing cut away pieces from the pipe. Electronic monitoring of the features of the pipe facilitate quality control inspection during processing. In this manner, a structurally robust pipe having a series of louver perforations along the pipe may be formed.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a cutting geometry running in the circumferential direction, in particular for producing a locking ring, in a shell of a closure cap for a container, comprising the steps of providing the closure cap and transporting the closure cap by means of a transport device along a transport path. The closure cap is fed to a machining section of the transport path, in which machining section a stationary cutter having a cutting blade extending along a cutting section is arranged, and a cutting process is carried out in the machining section by rolling of the shell on the cutting blade of the stationary cutter to produce the cutting geometry. The closure cap is fed to the machining section with a predeterminable orientation of a rotational position relative to a centre axis of the closure cap, and a driver of the transport device which rotates about an axis of rotation is made to engage with a stop of the closure cap and a movement of the rotating driver is controlled in such a way that, when the closure cap enters the machining section, the driver has a rotated position corresponding to the predeterminable orientation of the closure cap. The invention further relates to an apparatus for carrying out the method.
