摘要: A workpiece guiding device having a base, a supporting component and a limiting component, wherein the base is formed with a loading surface to load the workpiece. The loading surface is formed with a first long slot facing downward. A supporting component is movably configured on the loading surface. The bottom of the supporting component is formed with a second long slot facing upward. The first and second long slots are opposite each other in the vertical direction, forming a long first space. The limiting component is removably configured in the first space. The radial periphery of the limiting component enters the long slots. One side of the supporting component is defined as a supporting side, which is used to receive the lateral pressing by the workpiece. The workpiece guiding device enhances the convenience in adjusting the position of the supporting component at a regularly used tooling angle.

摘要: This disclosure is directed to a miter gauge and methods of use thereof. Generally, this disclosure is related to a miter bar of a miter gauge that includes at least one spacer member which applies pressure to a side of a channel defined within a worktable. The application of this pressure by the at least one spacer member enables the miter bar to remain in a substantially constant position between the first side and second side of the channel and reduces the degree of play between the miter bar and the first and second sides of the channel. Retainer members are provided on a bottom of the miter bar to aid in preventing the miter bar from lifting vertically out of the channel during use.

摘要: A cutting machine with clamp assembly includes a saw blade, a worktable, and a clamp assembly. The worktable is adjacent to the saw blade and can move along a processing axis relative to the saw blade. The worktable includes a tabletop facing the saw blade, a processing area set on the tabletop and extending along the processing axis and corresponding to the saw blade, and a chute recessed on the tabletop and extending in the direction of the processing area. The clamp assembly can be operated to move along the chute. The present invention uses the clamp assembly to firmly press against the workpiece, thereby assisting the positioning of the workpiece and ensuring the safety of the user.

摘要: There is disclosed a system and methods for safely, precisely, and efficiently cutting cadaveric bone segments into a number of dimensionally standardized pieces. One embodiment provides a jig system for use with a band saw. The jig system may include a v-shaped trough riding upon a plate and at least one rail designed to glide within a corresponding groove formed in the band saw table and stretching parallel to the blade. The trough may include a channel having a series of incremental stops extending between its proximal and distal ends. A bone-advancement wedge may be advanced proximally along the channel between the incremental stops to advance at least one bone segment within the trough toward the proximal end of the trough such that, by sliding the rail(s) within the table groove(s), a desired incremental portion of the bone segment is introduced to the blade. Other embodiments are also disclosed.

摘要: A meat saw pusher device is provided, for use with a table type meat saw machine. The device comprises a pusher panel disposed in sliding cooperation with a feed channel, the feed channel defined by a structure preferably having a smooth, flat bottom surface to promote ease of sliding across a smooth flat table of a meat saw machine. Preferably, the device includes a feed handle mounted for advancing the pusher panel, and a cutting and return stroke handle mounted to one or both sides of the channel structure for moving the entire device laterally in cutting and return stroke directions. A guide panel extending below a base of the channel structure cooperates with an edge of the meat saw table to guide a lateral cutting stroke movement of the device.

摘要: A push stick for a table saw and a table saw with the push stick are provided. The push stick includes a gripping possibility for a machine operator at its operator-side end. A workpiece engagement notch is formed at the push stick's workpiece-side end. The notch includes a push surface facing in an intended feed direction of the workpiece and a holding-down surface protruding therefrom at the top under a preferably right angle. The push stick includes a detection device which detects whether the push surface and the holding-down surface lie flat against the workpiece. The push stick further includes a signaling device which emits a flat contact signal when the detection device has detected a flat contact of the push surface and the holding-down surface on the workpiece. The signal therefore signals whether the push surface and the holding-down surface lie flat against the workpiece.
