摘要: A method is provided for providing a set of ingredients for manufacturing of a dental prosthesis covering. The method comprises receiving a background colour value providing information on a colour of a background substrate on which the prosthesis is to be provided, receiving an appearance colour value providing information on an appearance colour of the prosthesis and receiving a thickness value providing information on a thickness of the dental prosthesis covering. In an electronic memory, a first ingredient record is looked up comprising first ingredient value, based on the measured background value and the measured appearance colour value. The first ingredient values are adjusted in an electronic processor adjusted based on the thickness value and through electronic output means, the adjusted ingredient data is provided. By adjusting ingredients for thickness, a more natural appearance may be achieved.

摘要: The invention relates to a device (1) for producing three-dimensional workpieces (15), comprising a carrier (7) for receiving raw material powder (9), a build chamber wall (11, 11a, 11b) which extend substantially vertically and which is adapted to laterally delimit and support the raw material powder (9) applied to the carrier (7); an irradiation unit (17) for selectively irradiating the raw material powder (9) applied to the carrier (7) with electromagnetic radiation or particle radiation in order to produce on the carrier (7) a workpiece (15) manufactured from the raw material powder (9) by an additive layer building method, wherein the irradiation unit (17) comprises at least one optical element; and a vertical movement device (31) which is adapted to move the irradiation unit (17) vertically relative to the carrier (7). The build chamber wall (11, 11a, 11b) and the carrier (7) are adapted to be connected to one another in a stationary manner during the vertical movement of the irradiation unit (17) so that the vertical movement takes place relative to the carrier (7) and relative to the build chamber wall (11, 11a, 11b).

摘要: The present disclosure relates generally to methods of analysing and manufacturing gypsum panels, for example, suitable for use as building surface products. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a method of forming a gypsum panel. The method includes forming a porous slurry layer on a receiving surface using a plurality of operating parameters, and allowing the porous slurry layer to set to form a gypsum core of a gypsum panel. The panel is then cut to form a cut surface that extends through the gypsum core, and an image of a region of the cut surface is captured. The image is analysed to identify bubbles intersecting the cut surface. A measure of bubble contact in the gypsum core is then calculated from the identified bubbles in the image. Based on the measure of bubble contact, an operating parameter used for forming the porous slurry layer is modified.

摘要: The present invention discloses a centrifugal intelligent construction device for excavating concrete structure: a push-type excavation equipment, excavating rocks and soil, and collecting crushed stones, sand, soil, and water; a centrifugal screening equipment, performing centrifugal screening and classification collection on the collected crushed stones, sand, soil, and water; the intelligent batching equipment, which matches the classified crushed stones, sand, soil, and water according to their quality and fineness, adding cementitious materials, auxiliary materials, additives, and activators, and mixing them to obtain a mixed wet material; a centrifugal printing equipment, pumping and extruding the mixed wet materials, and using a centrifugal rotating outer cylinder to print and compact them into dense shape; an intelligent reinforcement equipment, integrating reinforcements between the layers of printed concrete strips by using the wall mounted laying, positioning and inserting reinforcements inside the printed concrete strips during the centrifugal printing process to form an integrated reinforced concrete structure. The device can achieve the additive and intelligent construction of closed concrete structures in underground, underwater, and extreme construction environments, solving the technical dilemma of insufficient engineering application scope of open additive manufacturing technology.
