    Abstract: A double belt press has at least one press device having at least one pressing plate and at least one counter-pressure element for the pressing plate spaced from each other. Portions of first and second endless and driven metal belts are guided, opposite one another, through a press gap located between the pressing plate sides facing one another and the plate-shaped counter-pressure element. The press device has at least one pressing stamp having a pressing surface movable toward the counter-pressure element and back again. The first and second endless metal belt portions guided through the press gap are guided between the pressing surface of the at least one pressing stamp and the at least one counter-pressure element, and the pressing surface of the pressing stamp is smaller than a surface of the side of the at least one pressing plate facing the at least one counter-pressure element.

    Abstract: Mold-in fastener products are made by forming a longitudinally continuous hook tape having a flexible base and an array of discrete male touch fastener elements extending from an upper surface of the base, forming a layer of flexible barrier material on the upper surface of the base, such that the male touch fastener elements are embedded in the layer of flexible barrier material, severing the flexible barrier material to form a pattern of patches of flexible barrier material spaced apart and surrounded by a continuous lattice of barrier material, stripping the lattice from the upper surface of the base to expose regions of the base between patches, and severing the hook tape along the exposed regions of the base to form individual mold-in fastener products, each having a patch of flexible barrier material surrounded by an exposed base edge region carrying male touch fastener elements.

    Abstract: The invention relates to manufacturing method for components of a fuel cell stack from a mixture of plastic and at least one electrically conductive filler by means of a double belt press (1, 14). The manufacturing method according to the invention is characterized in that an uncured or incompletely cured strip-shaped blank (2) comprising the mixture is fed into an isochoric double belt press (1) having individual segments (4), wherein each of the individual segments (4) has a shaping structure for shaping the blank into the component as the blank passes through the double belt press (1), wherein the individual segments (4) on the two belts (3) of the double belt press (1) position themselves relative to one another during the pressing process by means of corresponding locking elements (13). The invention further relates to a manufacturing method for bipolar plates (5) and/or interface plates, the halves of which are manufactured according to the above method and are bonded to one another in an isobaric double belt press (14).
