    摘要: For processing cost reduction and improvement of efficiency, a no-mold-runner multi-nozzle device, comprising: an injection machine, a multi-nozzle component, a front template, and a no-mold-runner. The multi-nozzle component includes a plurality of nozzles, which is connected to the injection machine. The injection machine is used to inject a mixture of molding material and supercritical fluid into multiple nozzles. The front template is provided with a plurality of first passage holes. The no-mold-runner is provided with a mold cavity and a plurality of second passage holes communicating with the mold cavity. The nozzle correspondingly passes through a plurality of first passage holes and second passage holes and is installed in cooperation. By controlling the opening or closing of the nozzle, the mixed material of the molding material and the supercritical fluid enters the mold cavity or stops entering the mold cavity.

    摘要: In the present invention, sealing tape is wrapped around the outer circumferential surface of an introduced mold, and a monomer solution is injected into a cavity formed therein, wherein the injection amount of the monomer solution can be precisely controlled by using a vision recognition system. According to a preferable embodiment, a monomer solution of a monomer solution tank is suctioned, in advance, into a syringe capable of adjusting a capacity corresponding to a mold; most of the monomer solution, which has been injected into the syringe, is firstly injected into the mold at a high injection flow rate or injection speed; while the residual amount of the monomer solution is secondly injected at a reduced injection flow rate or injection speed, it is finally confirmed, by using a vision recognition system, whether the monomer solution is filled in the mold; and then injection is finished.

The shut-off needle is connected to a piston in a force-fitting or form-fitting manner and is inserted into the injection nozzle (3a). At least one valve (7a) for opening the needle (6a) and at least one valve (8a) for closing the needle (6a) are provided, such that the valve (7a) and the valve (8a) are arranged directly adjacent to the shut-off needle (6a).     摘要: A melt delivery body is disclosed for an injection molding apparatus. The melt delivery body includes a manifold, housed in a manifold plate, having a melt network with an inlet for receiving melt from a machine nozzle and an outlet substantially axially aligned with the inlet. The melt delivery body further including an in-line valve gated nozzle having a nozzle melt channel, a valve pin in the nozzle melt channel, and a valve pin actuator coupled to the valve pin and positioned substantially axially aligned with the in-line valve gated nozzle and between the manifold and the in-line valve gated nozzle for controlling the movement of the valve pin within the nozzle melt channel. The melt delivery body further including a biasing member for biasing the in-line valve gated nozzle towards the manifold.
