摘要: The invention relates to a food packaging unit (20) comprising a food container (1) for receiving a liquid, pasty or free-flowing food. The injection-moulded, single-component, cup-shaped base body (2) of the food container surrounds, with a wall (5), a bottom (6) and an outwardly projecting collar (7), an opening (4) which is closed by a food-container-covering film (10) applied to the collar (7). The food container (1) is injection-moulded in a single layer from a polymer blend comprising two components, a first component of which being PVOH or a PVOH copolymer. The food-container-covering film (10), which can be applied to the plastic food container (1) in order to close the opening (4) by sealing, welding or adhesion, comprises a cellulose-containing layer which is coated with PVOH, or a PVOH polymer blend layer.

摘要: A flow rate adjusting device includes a main body portion having a first opening portion to which a molten material is supplied, a second opening portion from which the molten material is discharged, a supply flow path communicating with the first opening portion and the second opening portion, and a cross hole intersecting the supply flow path; and a shaft-shaped valve portion disposed inside the cross hole. The valve portion has a tip end portion, a rear end portion, and a recessed portion provided between the tip end portion and the rear end portion and communicating with the first opening portion and the second opening portion, and the valve portion is rotated in the cross hole to change a position of the recessed portion, such that a flow path cross-sectional area of the supply flow path is changed to adjust a flow rate of the molten material discharged from the second opening portion; a storage chamber storing a part of the molten material flowing through the supply flow path between the first opening portion and the valve portion is defined by the tip end portion and an inner wall surface of the cross hole; the valve portion has a first contact surface provided between the recessed portion and the rear end portion and facing the rear end portion side; and the main body portion has a second contact surface to come into contact with the first contact surface from the tip end portion side.

摘要: A stepped flight is formed on a screw of an injection molding machine. The stepped flight is a flight in which a step-shaped step portion is formed on a top portion thereof. The top portion of the flight includes a large diameter portion on an upstream side and a land portion on a downstream side. 摘要: A subject of the invention is a process for surfacing or resurfacing a metal part by laser-assisted deposition of a filler material in order to produce an abradable coating of the part, the process being characterized in that the filler material is an iron-based powder comprising vanadium, chromium, nickel, boron, silicon and carbon, in that the laser has an operational wavelength ranging from 900 nm to 1100 nm and in that it comprises the irradiation of the part by a laser beam such that the specific energy (SE) varies from 5 J/mg to 10 J/mg and such that the linear density (LD) varies from 25 mg/mm to 55 mg/mm. Another subject of the invention is the surfaced or resurfaced metal part. Another subject of the invention is a pre-alloy in iron-based powder form, comprising vanadium, chromium, nickel, boron, silicon and carbon.

摘要: There is provided a plasticizing device including a rotor which rotates around a rotational axis, and has a groove forming surface provided with a groove, a barrel which is opposed to the groove forming surface, and has a communication hole, and a first heating section configured to heat a material fed between the rotor and the barrel, wherein the material fed between the rotor and the barrel is plasticized and discharged from the communication hole due to a rotation of the rotor and heating by the first heating section. In the plasticizing device, the first heating section includes a first portion configured to house a first heat source, includes a second portion which is disposed closer to the groove forming surface than the first portion in an axial direction of the rotational axis, and which has a shape surrounding the communication hole when viewed along the axial direction, and is configured so that heat by the first heat source is transferred to the material between the rotor and the barrel via the second portion.

The control unit controls the injection control unit to execute, based on a detected value, at least one of a metering operation of metering the plasticized material in the communication hole in the cylinder, and an injecting operation of injecting the plasticized material in the cylinder into the mold via the injection nozzle.
