Abstract: To solve the above problem, a pouch forming apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a die in which a forming space is recessed inward from a top surface thereof; a partition wall partitioning the forming space into first and second forming spaces; a stripper disposed above the die and configured to descend to contact the die with the pouch film therebetween to fix the pouch film to be seated on a top surface of the die; and an electromagnetic force generation part disposed above the forming space and configured to generate electromagnetic force and configured to apply the electromagnetic force to the forming space.

Abstract: A forming station for producing a packaging trough by thermoforming at least an area of a film web positioned between a forming tool upper part and a forming tool lower part of the forming station. A male die part of the forming tool upper part may be moved in a vertical direction and inserted into a forming space of a female die part of the forming tool lower part. The packaging trough is produced by deforming the film web between the male die part and an inner wall of the forming space of the female die part. In an inserted condition of the male die part within the female die art, a push-in unit is extended from the male die part towards the inner wall of the forming space at an angular orientation relative to the vertical direction.

Abstract: An arrangement supplies a semi-finished product to a thermoforming machine as a starting material. The arrangement has a deposition device, on which cuttings of the starting material can be provided in each case, and a loading device having a table device and a movable loading unit. The loading unit has a first section and a second section that are each arranged to receive one of the cuttings at the section. At least one cutting can be deposited on the table device. The first section receives one of the cuttings from the deposition device and the second section receives another of the cuttings from the table device, and then the first section for depositing one cutting received from the deposition device on the table device and the second section for depositing the other cutting received from the table device can be positioned in a working region of the thermoforming machine.

Abstract: A rigid connecting device for connecting the upper and lower surfaces inside an oil tank includes a connecting rod. The upper and lower sides of the connecting rod are each provided with a connecting end surface. The connecting end surface is provided with material-passing hole. The outer surface of the rigid connecting device is covered with high-density polyethylene. The upper and lower surfaces of the oil tank are connected by a connecting rod, and such arrangement is locally applied to areas where the rigidity of the oil tank is poor, so there are more effective space. The part of the rigid connecting rod contacting with the oil fuel is made of high-density polyethylene, so the requirements of strength and anti-corrosion can be satisfied.

Abstract: A thermoforming apparatus is provided having a frame, a pair of platens, and a platen drive assembly. The platens are carried by the frame on opposite sides of a sheet line each configured to carry a respective die. One platen has a proximal die surface adjacent the sheet line and a rear surface distal the sheet line. The platen drive assembly is interposed between the frame and the one platen and has at least one reciprocating kinematic linkage and a drive motor configured to reciprocate the one platen to and fro relative to another platen. The kinematic linkage has a plurality of links interconnected pivotally together with respective rotation joints and interposed between the frame and the one platen. An outboard-most rotation joint is provided proximate one end of the frame and an inboard-most rotation joint intermediate the rear surface and the proximal die surface. A method is also provided.
