摘要: A connection element for adhering to a component surface of a first component, such that a second component can be secured to the first component by the connection element, including a base element having an adhesive side with an adhesive surface, and a mounting structure. The base element consists of a thermoplastic with a temperature of continued use of at least 130° C., which can be poorly irradiated or cannot be irradiated with light, and has at least one irradiation region. The base element can be irradiated with light in this region in such a way that light energy penetrates the base element. The irradiation region, in cross-section, has a smaller thickness and a transmittance at least 20% with a light wavelength between 320 and 500 nm. Alternatively, the irradiation region is formed by a through-opening.

Also provided is a molding die having a molding space corresponding to a shoe member and capable of being used for producing the shoe member by performing the method.

摘要: Imprinted substrates are often used to produce miniaturized devices for use in electrical, optic and biochemical applications. Imprinting techniques, such as nanoimprinting lithography, may leave residues in the surface of substrates that affect bonding and decrease the quality of the produced devices. An imprinted substrate with residue-free region, or regions with a reduced amount of residue for improved bonding quality is introduced. Methods to produce imprinted substrates without residues from the imprinting process are also introduced. Methods include physical exclusion methods, selective etching methods and energy application methods. These methods may produce residue-free regions in the surface of the substrate that can be used to produce higher strength bonding.

摘要: Provided is a welding joining method for joining end portions of first and second pipes made of polyamide resin by bonding the end portions to each other by pressure in a molten state. The welding joining method includes: a placing step of placing an infrared radiation lamp between the first and second pipes placed to face each other at an interval; a heating and melting step of heating and melting the end portions of the first and second pipes by emitting infrared; and a pressure bonding step of cooling down the molten end portions in a state where the molten end portions are bonded to each other by pressure.
