摘要: A mold for manufacturing a turbomachine fan casing of composite material, includes a mandrel around which a fibrous preform of the fan casing is to be wound; counter-mold angular sectors assembled on the external contour of the mandrel which are intended to close the mold and to compact the fibrous preform wound on the mandrel; wherein each angular sector includes a first lateral flange positioned at the first end of the angular sectors and a second lateral flange positioned at a second end of the angular sectors, the first and second lateral flanges cooperating respectively with the second and first lateral flanges of the adjacent angular sectors. An angular sector includes a first groove formed in the first of second lateral flange, a first seal being positioned in the first groove, the first seal to be compressed between the first and second lateral flanges of two adjacent angular sectors.

摘要: A method for producing a fiber composite component is disclosed. A sensor device having a flexible circuit carrier and/or a sensor module is integrated in the fiber composite component. The method comprises: loading a tool configured to produce the fiber composite component with textile layers and the sensor device; closing the loaded tool and compressing the textile layers and the sensor device; introducing a liquid matrix into the closed tool and impregnating the textile layers to produce the fiber composite component; detecting an acceleration in relation to the closing of the tool and/or the introducing of the liquid matrix, using at least one of the sensor device and the sensor module of the sensor device; and determining a process state and/or a process parameter based on a spectral analysis of the detected acceleration in a frequency domain.

The valve assembly also includes an injection port positioned to receive the fluid from the valve shaft. The valve assembly also includes a piston configured to move coaxially within the valve shaft, such that the fluid is delivered from the inlet to the outlet when the piston is in a first position, and the fluid is delivered from the inlet to the injection port when the piston is in a second position.

摘要: According to the present invention, there is provided a pipe forming apparatus for forming a pipe at an installation site. The apparatus includes a former upon which material is wound, and a mold for receiving the former bearing the wound material. An applicator is provided for applying curable liquid within the mold. Advantageously, the pipe is formed at site to provide for efficient formation of a pipeline. A transported ISO container providing the material and curable liquid to the site can produce 800 metres of pipeline section, compared with 60 metres in the prior art, representing a significant increase in efficiency.

摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing a fiber reinforced resin molded article capable of distributing the pressure without concentration on the vicinity of the resin inlet and so preventing the deformation of a preform, and such a manufacturing device thereof. The method lowers a lower core as a moving core in a lower mold (first mold) (away from a preform) to let resin flow toward the lower mold (first mold). This distributes the pressure concentrated in the vicinity of the resin inlet and prevents deformation of the preform.

摘要: A method and device for mixing plastic from liquid components in a mixer (8) and conveying it through a line (10) into a mould (12), in particular for vacuum infusion, characterised in that the components are each pumped by means of a pump (24) from their own respective component container (22) into a mixer (8) and are mixed therein, that these volume flows are controlled by a controller (26) in such a manner that they supply the components to the mixer (8) in a specific ratio, that the pressure loss in the line (10), between a pressure sensor in one of the component supply lines (32) leading to the mixer (8) and the mould (12), is determined, and that the pressure is measured by the pressure sensor and supplied to a controller (26) which, taking into consideration the determined pressure loss, controls the volume flows such that the pumps (24) supply the components to the mixer (8) at a pressure that is greater than the ambient pressure or than another specific pressure that should not be exceeded in the mould (12) by at most the pressure loss.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method of mesh generation for an RTM process, including operations of: obtaining a geometry of a target object; generating a solid mesh of the target object according to the geometry; obtaining material characteristics of the target object; assembling a runner mesh with the solid mesh, wherein the runner mesh has grid dimensions different from those of the solid mesh; determining process parameters of the RTM process; and generating a forecasted result of the RTM process according to the solid mesh, the runner mesh, the process parameters, and the material characteristics. Generating the solid mesh includes operations of: dividing the geometry into modules; generating a first and second modular meshes corresponding to a first and second modules, wherein the second modular mesh abuts the first modular mesh, and the second modular mesh has grid dimensions different from those of the first modular mesh.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of molding a shell part of a wind turbine blade comprising the steps of providing a mold (64) comprising a mold cavity (66) with a root end (68) and an opposing tip end (70), arranging one or more preformed sheets (72a, 72b, 72c) in the mold cavity (66), wherein each preformed sheet comprises a mixture of fibre rovings (82) and a binding agent, wherein the fibre rovings are at least partially joined together by means of the binding agent, and injecting the one or more preformed sheets (72a, 72b, 72c) with a resin to mold the shell part. The present invention also relates to a shell part of a wind turbine blade obtainable by said method, to a preformed sheet for use in said method and to a method of manufacturing said preformed sheet.

摘要: A process of forming the fiber preform includes providing a substrate, applying a first layer of a fiber bundle to the substrate in a predetermined pattern having a principal orientation, stitching the first layer of the fiber bundle to the substrate using a thread, building up subsequent layers of the fiber bundle from the first layer, and stitching each of the subsequent layers to a preceding layer using the thread. A process of forming a unitary reinforced composite material includes the fiber preform. The process of forming a unitary reinforced composite component includes placing the fiber preform a mold platen, heating the perform to promote fusion of the thermoplastic fibers therein, cooling the perform until solidified with contours of the component, and removing the vehicle component from the mold platen.
