摘要: The present disclosure relates to a process for producing bi-axially oriented polyester (BOPET) film from the recycled polyethylene terephthalate (RPET) granules. The process involves preparing recycled PET (RPET) granules form post-consumer recycled PET (PCR PET) by depolymerization and polycondensation followed by preparing the biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (BOPET) film having recycled polyethylene terephthalate (RPET) up to 100%. The bi-axially oriented polyester film has good elongation, mechanical and/or thermal properties and are similar in quality to virgin PET films useful in high end food and pharma packaging and industrial applications.

摘要: A manufacturing method for a heat shrinkable film includes: preparing a packaging material that includes film labels having a resin layer mainly contains thermoplastic resin, and a printed layer; recovering first and second recycled raw materials from the resin layer; and forming a resin film with a core layer including the recycled raw materials and a surface layer layered onto the core layer and includes thermoplastic resin. Recovering the recycled raw materials includes: forming, into individual pieces, the packaging material and/or the resin layer from which the printed layer has been removed; and separating the printed layer from the packaging material and/or pieces of the packaging material to obtain the resin layer from which the printed layer has been removed and/or pieces of the resin layer from which the printed layer has been removed. One of the recycled raw materials is polyester-based resin, and the other is polystyrene-based resin.

摘要: The present invention provides a modified cross-linked polyethylene and a preparation method therefor, and a recycled product and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method for the modified cross-linked polyethylene includes: milling waste cross-linked polyethylene by using a solid-phase force chemical reactor, and then using asphalt as a plasticizer for plasticization to obtain the modified cross-linked polyethylene. The plasticization treatment enables the decross-linked waste cross-linked polyethylene/asphalt material obtained after milling to have excellent processing fluidity, and thus, the decross-linked waste cross-linked polyethylene/asphalt material is suitable for preparing high-performance recycled products in various thermoplastic processing processes. The waste ultrafine cross-linked polyethylene powder subjected to asphalt plasticization can be formed in a compressive force field having a high pressure, and can also be suitable for thermoplastic extrusion processing of a low shear force field. The prepared recycled product has good mechanical properties.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional object, comprising locally raising the temperature of a powder using electromagnetic radiation in a heated chamber, causing the localised melting/coalescing of a layer of a predetermined thickness in order to form, after cooling, a solid polyamide layer, the method being characterised in that the powder comprises, relative to the total weight of the composition: —between 60% and 99% by weight of polyamide; —between 1% and 40% by weight of an optical and/or magnetic detection additive selected from the group formed by: pigments comprising a spinel structure containing a cation of a transition metal, the oxides of a transition metal, the sulphides of a transition metal; —between 0% and 5% by weight of a flow agent and in that the powder has: —a particle size distribution D50 of between 35 μm and 55 μm; and —a particle size distribution D10 of more than 15 μm; and—a particle size distribution D90 of less than 100 μm.

摘要: A continuous flow pyrolytic reactor (200) equipped with one or more pyrolysis chamber assemblies (204) is disclosed. A positive pressure waste feeder hopper (100) for the pyrolytic reactor and its respective furnace, in addition to a pyrolysis system for the use of waste. The pyrolytic reactor (200) having a plurality of cylindrical pyrolysis chambers (201) provided, within it, with an endless screw conveyor (202) arranged longitudinally. The worm conveyor screw (202) is provided with a shaft (203), the shaft (203) being coupled to the bases of the pyrolysis chamber (201). The shaft (203) is further coupled to a rotation device that transfers torque to the shaft (203) by rotating the worm conveyor screw (202). The cylindrical pyrolysis chambers (201) are housed in an insulating housing (300) having within it two or more assemblies (204). The assemblies (204) are fed by a hopper (100) forming a pyrolysis system.

摘要: A drug injection device consists of a body, a cap, a striker, a spin wheel, a button, a spring, an ampoule, and optionally a needle. Each of the body, the cap, the striker, the spin wheel and the button is a molded plastic part, made out of mostly polycarbonate, which slide, snap, screw or rest in place, without the use of adhesives or fasteners. Also disclosed is a system for recycling a drug injection device having molded plastic parts made from mostly polycarbonates, comprising disassembling the drug injection device, separating the molded plastic parts from all other parts, and reprocessing the molded plastic parts together into recycled resin, which may be through regrinding, melting, and pelletizing.
