摘要: A latex composition for dip molding includes a carboxylic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex and a cholate-based emulsifier, wherein the cholate-based emulsifier is included in an amount of 0.02 to 3 parts by weight based on a solid content with respect to a solid content of 100 parts by weight of the carboxylic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex. A method of preparing the latex composition for dip molding and a molded article produced using the same are also provided.

摘要: Articles comprising first and second coextruded polymeric nettings are described. The articles comprise a plurality of pairs of first segments comprising a first material. Adjacent first segments are joined together via a second segments comprising second material, wherein the second segments extend past the first major surface of each first adjacent segments. The articles further include an adhesive on at least one of the first or second major surfaces of the first segment. The first segments, second segments, and third material each extend continuously for at least 5 mm in the machine direction, and the first and second materials of adjacent pairs are periodically bonded together in the machine direction. A portion of some of the first segments of the first coextruded polymeric netting are engaged between some of the adjacent first segments of the second coextruded polymeric netting.

摘要: The invention provides a composite structure containing a foam layer, an inner layer and an outer layer of a thermoplastic compact cover layer, and a lacquer layer in this order, and having a tensile strength according to DIN EN ISO 527-3 at 2000 mm/min and 23° C. of less than 5 MPa in both a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, wherein the density of the foam layer is 40 to 150 kg/m3, the inner layer contains particles of an elastomer (polymer (F)) and at least 50 wt % of a thermoplastic polyolefin (polymer (E)) and is directly bonded to the outer layer, the outer layer differs from the inner layer in its composition and contains the following polymers (A) to (C) in a total amount of 100 parts by weight: 25 to 70 parts by weight of particles of an elastomer (polymer (A)), 0 to 40 parts by weight of a low-density polyethylene (polymer (B)), and 20 to 70 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyolefin (polymer (C)) other than polymer (B). The invention provides the use of the composite structure in car interiors, in particular as airbag cover, a method for the production of the composite structure.

摘要: The process includes a non-crosslinked self-sealing composition which is introduced into an extrusion means, the geometric and thermodynamic characteristics of which have been specially adapted. The speed and temperature conditions of the extrusion means are adjusted so that, at an application nozzle forming the outlet die of the extrusion means, the self-sealing composition is crosslinked. The application nozzle is brought close to the internal surface of the casing previously set in relative motion with respect to the application nozzle, and an extruded and crosslinked bead that has a given width and profile is deposited directly on the internal surface of the casing.
