摘要: A multilayer foam panel member including: (a) at least one top sheet substrate; (b) at least one bottom sheet substrate; and (c) a middle substrate of foam material disposed inbetween, and integral with, the top and bottom sheet substrates; wherein the foam material is produced by dispensing a reactive foam-forming fluid mixture onto a moving or stationary bottom sheet substrate of a foam manufacturing line; and wherein the foam manufacturing line includes a flexible film fluid dispensing device for dispensing the reactive foam-forming fluid mixture onto the moving or stationary bottom sheet substrate to form a multilayer foam panel member; wherein the middle substrate of foam material of the panel member has improved thermal and mechanical properties; and a process for manufacturing the above multilayer foam panel member.

摘要: Provided is a steel sheet for a hot press formed member having excellent painting adhesion and post-painting corrosion resistance, and a method for manufacturing the same. A steel sheet for hot press forming according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a base steel sheet and a plated layer formed on a surface of the base steel sheet, wherein the ratio of an area occupied by pores to the entire area of a surface layer portion may be 10% or more in a cross section of the surface layer portion observed when the plated layer is cut in a thickness direction thereof.

摘要: A mat and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The mat includes a first foam layer, a second foam layer and a third foam layer. The first foam layer has a first hardness and a first porosity. The second foam layer is connected with the first foam layer and has a second hardness and a second porosity larger than the first porosity. The third foam layer is connected with the second foam layer and has a third hardness and a third porosity smaller than the first porosity. The second foam layer includes a first connecting surface facing the first foam layer and a second connecting surface facing the third foam layer. The contact area between the first connecting surface and the first foam layer is different from the contact area between the second connecting surface and the third foam layer.

摘要: Components for articles of footwear and athletic equipment including a foam are provided. The foam portion of the components and articles include a composition which includes a thermoplastic copolyester, the composition having a foam structure. A polymer layer is provided on at least on surface of the foam portion. The polymer layer can control or reduce the water uptake of the foam portion. Methods of making the compositions, foams, and components are provided, as well as methods of making an article of footwear including one of the foam components. In some aspects, the foams and foam components can be made by injection molding, or injection molding followed by compression molding.

The silicone-based foam layer may include a component A and a component B, where the component A may include a silicone-based matrix component, a first filler component that may include alumina trihydrate, a second filler component that may include perlite, and a third filler component that may include calcium carbonate, and where the component B may include a silicone-based matrix component, a first filler component that may include alumina trihydrate, a second filler component that may include perlite, a third filler component that may include calcium carbonate, and a fourth filler component that may include zinc borate. The silicone-based foam layer may have a V-0 flammability rating as measured according to ASTM D3801.

摘要: The invention relates to a film laminate, including at least one compact decorative layer with a lacquer layer on the upper side and with a foam layer on the underside, where the density of the foam layer is more than 500 kg/m3. The invention further relates to the use of said film laminate for the coating of components for the interior trim of motor vehicles and to interior trim parts of motor vehicles provided with said film laminate. The foam layer is based on a composition which includes from 15 to 60 parts by weight of at least one thermoplastic vulcanizate, from 15 to 35 parts by weight of at least one high melt strength polyolefin, and from 30 to 60 parts by weight of at least one low density polyethylene (LDPE).

For example, one aspect of the disclosure is a plaster board comprising one or more continuous layers of material disposed within a body of hardened plaster material, the first side and second side of each continuous layer of material being substantially covered by the hardened plaster material. In certain such embodiments, each continuous layer of material includes a polymer (e.g., a damping polymer) disposed on a carrier sheet. Another aspect of the disclosure relates to a method for making a plaster board that involves drying a wet body of plaster material while a continuous layer of material or precursor therefor is disposed within it.

摘要: A multi-layer foam film comprising polypropylene for direct and non-direct food contact and aseptic packaging application is disclosed. In an embodiment, the film has a bulk density of less than 0.962 gr/cm3 wherein more than 50% of the cells in the foam layer are closed cells. In an embodiment, the foam films are thick (generally more than 8 mils thick) and have a bending stiffness value of more than 18, in Taber stiffness unit configuration according to TAPPI/ANSI T 489 om-15, and the ratio of the mass per unit area (the mass of a unit area of the film in gram per meter-squared (gr/m2)) over the stiffness value in Taber unit configuration is equal to or less than 13. In an embodiment, the film has a very smooth surface with a smoothness value of less than 25 in Sheffield smoothness unit configuration according to TAPPI T 538. The described foam film can have a water vapor transmission rate value of less than 1 gr/m2/24 hr, according to ASTM E398-13. The described foam film can have an oxygen transmission rate value of less than 10 cc/m2/24 hr, according to ASTM D3985.
