摘要： The present invention relates to an inking blade configuration for an ink feeding device of a rotary press, which includes a carrier beam provided at the ink duct. The inking blade is composed of segments, which are accommodated in a side-by-side configuration on the carrier element and which are adjustable relatively to a roller that dips into the ink duct, and the individual inking blade segments are connected by connecting elements to the carrier element. Provision is made underneath the connecting elements (8) in the contact region (9) of the contact surfaces (11, 12) of segments (2) and of the carrier beam (5) for a form-locking connection (13), which prevents a relative movement between the segments (2) and the carrier beam (5).

摘要： In an ink film thickness control method for a multi-color printing press having a plurality of printing units for continuously performing designated color printing on a printing paper by means of ink supplied to a printing plate through an ink roller group, when in at least two of the printing units are plate exchange printing units, exchange to new printing plates are simultaneously performed, the number of printing sheets to be printed for ink removing is set in units of plate exchange printing units. The ink feed operation in each plate exchange printing unit is turned off. Printing for ink removing is performed in each plate exchange printing unit on the basis of the set number of printing sheets while keeping the previous printing plate mounted, thereby forming a first ink film thickness distribution minimum and necessary for printing on the ink roller group of the plate exchange printing unit. An ink film thickness control apparatus is also disclosed.

摘要： An inker of an offset printing press is preset in accordance with the image coverage distribution for an image to be printed. The image coverage distribution is obtained from a plate scanner or from a digital image setter file that is available during makeready. Whether in simulation or in actual print, the printed ink film commands are first set. Then inking operation is simulated and a simulated ink coverage distribution is obtained by driving a steady state error between the printed ink film commands and the ink coverage to zero. The presets are calculated in a proportional-integral controller with feedback from a simulated printing plant. The resulting ink key presets are then used to preset the ink keys of the inker at the start of the actual print job.
