摘要: A container transfer system is disclosed. The container transfer system can be installed on a vehicle or a rack. The container transfer system includes a conveyance assembly configured to move a container in a substantially horizontal direction along a longitudinal direction of the conveyance assembly. The conveyance assembly can include a frame comprising longitudinal members and transverse members and a plurality of rollers coupled to the frame. The plurality of rollers can include a first set of drivable rollers configured to be actively driven by a motor and a second set of passive rollers. The container transfer system also comprises a plurality of lift assemblies coupled between chassis rails of the vehicle and the frame of the conveyance assembly configured to raise and lower the conveyance assembly in a substantially vertical direction.

The winch assembly includes a first winch and a boom, wherein the boom is configured to extend outward from the first lateral side of the trailer, and the first winch is configured to be connected to the load and to rotate the load about the first rotation pin. When the load is positioned on the bed, a distance from the lower surface of the load to an upper surface of the pin socket is greater than a distance from the lower surface of the load to an upper surface of the rotation pin.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to commercial vehicle loading and unloading systems, and associated systems, devices, and methods. In one embodiment, a cargo loading and unloading system includes a cargo loading and unloading assembly and/or a cargo repositioning system. The assembly includes a first mechanical arm and a second mechanical arm that are mountable at opposite sides of an opening of the trailer. Each mechanical arm includes a first portion and a second portion pivotally coupled to the first portion. The first portions are configured to vertically raise and lower the second portions and move the second portions laterally along the opening of the trailer. The second portions include rollers and are configured to support cargo on the rollers as the mechanical arms are used to hold the cargo off the ground, and to selectively convey the cargo at least partially into or out of the trailer via the rollers.

摘要: A high capacity cargo/container dolly. The cargo/container dolly includes retractable side stops that actively retract a roller linkage assembly upon retraction of the retractable side stops rather than relying on passive gravitational forces for the retraction. In some embodiments, the retractable side stops are configured to avoid hold up on the cargo during retraction. The retractable side stops may be coupled to a retraction mechanism that may be actuated from either side of the cargo/container dolly, as well as from one or both ends of the cargo/container dolly. The dolly may include aspects that accommodates dynamic loads that occur during transport to mitigate inadvertent retraction of the retractable side stops or spurious release of catch assemblies that retains cargo on the dolly. The dolly may also include self-locking roller assemblies that release only in the presence of cargo, and deck modules that protect the deck roller from road spray contamination.

Rear portions (39) of the rails (26, 27) are pivotable between extended and stored positions. When the rear portions (39) are moved to the extended positions, gaps (42) are defined in upper sides of each of the rails (26, 27) such when the rear wheels (34, 35) are moved into the rear portions (39) of the first and second rails (26, 27), the front wheels (32, 33) may move upwardly through the gaps (42) to allow the bucket (14) to pivot about the rear wheels (34, 35).
