摘要: A wiper motor includes a rotor shaft, a rotor yoke, a stator core, a first ball bearing, and a second ball bearing. The rotor shaft is configured parallel to an output shaft and rotates a gear portion. The rotor yoke is fixed to the rotor shaft. The stator core has a cylindrical portion. A part of the rotor shaft and a part of the rotor yoke are inserted into the cylindrical portion. The first ball bearing is fixed to a motor housing. The second ball bearing is fixed to a base plate. At least a part of each of the first ball bearing and the second ball bearing B2 is configured inside the cylindrical portion.

摘要: The invention proceeds from a method for operating a wiper device (10) of a vehicle (26), which wiper device has at least one wiper arm (12, 12′) for holding a wiper blade (14, 14′), in particular an aero wiper blade, at least one wiper drive (16) for driving the wiper arm (12, 12′) and at least one computer unit (18) for controlling a wiping movement of the wiper arm (12, 12′) using the wiper drive (16), wherein the computer unit (18) has a memory unit (20) in which a park position (22), which is associated with a position of the wiper drive (16), is stored.
The invention proposes that the computer unit (18) corrects the park position (22) as a function of a speed of the vehicle (26) in at least one adjustment step (24), wherein a corrected park position (28) lies, in particular in an incident-flow region of the wiper blade (14, 14′).

摘要: An automatic rain response system includes microphones of a vehicle, windshield wipers, and a controller. The microphones generate acoustic signals in response to rain. The controller is configured to receive a local weather condition, extract acoustic features from the acoustic signals, form feature vectors in response to the acoustic features and the local weather condition, classify the feature vectors to determine a current class among multiple classes, activate the windshield the wipers at a high speed in response to the current class being a heavy rain on a windshield class, activate the windshield wipers at a medium speed in response to the current class being a freezing rain on the windshield class, activate the windshield wipers at a low speed in response to the current class being a light rain on the windshield class, and deactivate the windshield wipers in response to the current class being a no rain class.

摘要: A mounting bracket is fastened to a roof header panel. The mounting bracket has an extending portion extended to a position facing a windshield. A rain sensor is engaged with the extending portion so that the rain sensor can move back and forth with respect to the windshield. A coil spring is interposed between the extending portion and the rain sensor, and a light emitting/receiving surface of the rain sensor is pushed toward the inner surface of the windshield through a silicone sheet by a biasing force from the coil spring. Since there is no need to use adhesion as a means of supporting the rain sensor, there is no need to control or inspect the quality of the adhesion.

摘要: A wiper washer control apparatus includes an ignition sensor, a shift position sensor, a wiper driving unit, a washer spraying unit, a wiper lever detection unit, and a wiper washer control unit. The wiper washer control unit changes a control to be performed by the wiper driving unit to a delay mode when receiving information indicating that the traveling driver is in the started state from the ignition sensor, receiving information indicating that a shift position is in a parking range from the shift position sensor, and receiving information indicating that the delay mode is to be started from the wiper lever detection unit. The wiper washer control unit changes the control to be performed by the wiper driving unit to a spray mode when receiving, in the delay mode, information indicating that the spray mode is to be started from the wiper lever detection unit.

摘要: A foreign object detecting system and a method are provided. A control circuit controls a light transmitter and a light receiver. The light transmitter is disposed adjacent to a detected object and emits a light signal toward the detected object. The light receiver is disposed adjacent to the detected object in a path along which the light signal reflected by the detected object travels. The light receiver receives the light signal reflected to the light receiver. In a pre-operation, the control circuit defines the light signal received by the light receiver when the foreign object is not on the detected object as a first reflected light signal. In a detection operation, the control circuit determines that a difference exists between the light signal currently received by the light receiver and the first reflected light signal, the control circuit determines that the foreign object is on the detected object.
