摘要: Examples relate to a hydraulic control unit that includes a pump for increasing a hydraulic pressure of a brake fluid. The hydraulic control unit includes a discharge channel from which the brake fluid pressurized by a pump is discharged, a pulsation reducing unit disposed in the middle of the discharge channel, and a controller controlling the pump and the pulsation reducing unit. The pulsation reducing unit includes a valve housing, a fixed core fixed to the valve housing, a movable core received in the valve housing in an axially movable manner, a closing member interlocking with the movable core and closing the discharge channel, a coil disposed in a manner to surround the valve housing and the fixed core, and an inflow chamber formed by the valve housing and one end surface of the movable core, into which the brake fluid flows, and whose volume can vary.

摘要: An electropneumatic rail brake system configured to provide emergency braking including an emergency magnet valve which controls air flow into an emergency regulator valve, which valve has an emergency back-up chamber. The emergency regulator provides an output pressure nominally equal to the variable load pressure and no lower than the tare back-up. The magnet valve is closed when energized and when de-energized, pressure is allowed into the emergency back-up chamber, Regulation of the brake cylinder pressure continues during an emergency application such that the brake cylinder pressure applied during an emergency stop does not drop below a predetermined level. In the event of power-loss during an emergency brake stop, the nominal emergency brake pressure is applied to the brake cylinders.

摘要: A brake system for actuating a pair of front wheel brakes and a pair of rear wheel brakes includes a reservoir and a deceleration signal transmitter. First and second power transmission units are configured for selectively providing pressurized hydraulic fluid during a braking event. The first power transmission unit actuates a selected one of the front wheel brakes and a selected one of the rear wheel brakes. The second power transmission unit actuates the other one of the front wheel brakes and the other one of the rear wheel brakes. First and second electronic control units control the first and second power transmission units. A pair of rear brake motors selectively electrically actuate rear wheel brakes. Multiplex control of each of the pairs of front and rear wheel brakes is provided by an arrangement of first and second parallel valves for each wheel brake.

摘要: The disclosure provides an anti-lock brake device including an oil pressure tank, a valve, and a movable component. The oil pressure tank has an accommodation space, an oil inlet channel, and an oil outlet channel connected to the accommodation space. The valve is slidably located in the oil inlet channel and for sealing or opening an oil inlet of the oil inlet channel. The movable component is located in the accommodation space and has a connecting channel corresponding to the oil inlet and an oil outlet of the oil outlet channel. When the movable component is slid to a depressurized position, the movable component is moved away from the valve for sealing the oil inlet, a first volume is produced between the connecting channel and the oil inlet, and a second volume, smaller than the first volume, is removed from between the connecting channel and the oil outlet.

摘要: An electronically controllable pneumatic braking system for a vehicle includes a first control unit for a primary system and a second control unit for a first fallback level, and a monostable fail-safety valve unit which pneumatically connects a main port, which provides a first pressure, and a failure brake port. The fail-safety valve unit is connected to both control units and in a fault situation, power failure and/or diagnostic situation of the control units, provides the failure brake pressure for triggering a failure braking operation. The failure brake port is connected to the primary system and/or to the first fallback level upstream of a functional pneumatic unit of the primary system and/or the first fallback level, in such a way that both front axle service brake actuators and rear axle service brake actuators have a brake pressure applied thereto in order to implement the failure braking operation.
